Second time I was there, I waited 3 hours and saw all the people that I was in line with that was behind me,go ahead of me and I was left. My number never showed up on the screen and No one called out my number. I made sure I was in front of the screen and didn't even go to the bathroom of fear of missing my number. Finally, I got up to ask one of the workers by the door and and asked how far I was in the que? He told me my number was called already! I said, NO, it was NOT. I told him I watched for 3 hours in front of the screen and I was never called. He called a supervisor man to come help and he, took my number ticket and I was told to go back and sit down. I waited and waited and the supervisor never came back to me. I asked where he went and was told he said he would come back. He never did. I finally saw the sweet lady supervisor and asked her to help. She finally assured me me that she would get my number called again and to listen for it. Another 1/2 hour and finally I was called and it only took 5 minutes with a case worker. Almost 4 hours in pain as I can't sit for too long, both legs go numb and buldging discs in my lower back and neck were throbbing. I can't stand for too long either. I have a ankle impingement, and plantars fasciitis in both feet and sciatica. It was a bad day for me to wait that long . I don't know why but they have done this to a few people that was there too and I was one of them. I over heard some of the workers complaining about customers and some being rude to customers who don't speak English so well and be condescending towards them and belittling them. Such rudeness should cease. The one women who is kind, and making sure everyone is being taken care of was the supervisor . She was very understanding, spoke kindly to everyone. I know you all see some crazy people up in there but, you should do your best to speak and talk kindly towards others. Get off your cell phones and always be ready with a kind face and be helpful. Thats the job you signed up for. If you continue to complaine, maybe you should look for another job. We need a system of people who want to help others.

She responded with unhelpful responses, including negative attitude saying I was just unhappy because I wasn't getting the responses I needed. She's very manipulative seeing her side of the story to the manager when I asked her for a manager she didn't want to bring a Manager. She asked me to go to window B I was afraid to lose my position. I stated if she can bring the Manager to me she said no I said OK I'll just go over there, but can you please give me anything to be able to show proof of valid registration she said no I can't help. You didn't refer me anywhere besides the kiosk that was not working that I let her know that was not working. When I spoke to the manager, she brought me back over because she couldn't help me. She didn't have a computer so we went back to Kamille. The manager's name is TOI as she mentioned to me when I asked her. When we went back to Kamille. She started talking to Kamille about the situation and Kamille started seeing her side of the story which is way different of what happened, but I let her speak because I'm not rude afterwards she called me up once Kamille was done with the last person then they stated that I owed Tickets of $800 I said OK so I was ready to pay and Kamille's like oh we don't accept phone payments I said that's OK. I was going to pay with my card anyways and then she looked back at the manager. You see his responses to try to convince her that I'm the problem then I said I just heard you tell her everything that you said you tried to switch up the whole story I don't understand what's your problem and I just said it's hard to work with some people Then the manager started choosing sides by saying no it's not agreeing with a worker Kamille so now I knew unfortunately the manager is black and the employee is Black and I'm in Hispanic and unfortunately they're working together so I had to just go along with it so she's like let's just close it out and I'll move you over to a different worker. When I got to the next worker, I had to wait in line again I didn't complain. I just went along then I paid the $800 and ask if I can pay another five dollars for the proof of validation because that was only for Tickets I want to make sure when I go back I can show proof where I need to show proof He said yes, I paid the five dollars then the machine stopped working the printer so he went back to the Manager TOI she attempted to help him and unfortunately they couldn't fix it at that time. I did not say anything. I waited patiently and she made a remark. Oh, he can just go to the kiosk anyways it's usually a kiosk transaction anyways mind you I already paid and there's a line for the kiosk that I waited for before I started using the windows this is a very, very, very bad experience because I've been to multiple Dmv's. I would love for this manager and this employee to be disciplined accordingly so it doesn't happen to anyone else again.

The purpose of my visit is to replace lost social security cards for my minor children. And let me tell you! Even with a physical from Kaiser, immunization records, AND birth certificates for all childre. PLUS student demographic from the school (with the watermarked stamp) Supervisor Mr. Diaz turned us away. Oh yeah and the minors were PRESENT! Still "insufficient proof of identification" I refuse to believe this is policy. But the worst part of all was being profiled. Let me explain.. Initially we had established that acceptable proof of identification could be the child's medical card. This was established the first day when they said I HAD to come back with an appointment. (I came back for my appointment next day with their Kaiser card.) They didn't actually accept the Kaiser card because they MEANT Medi-Cal card! We do NOt receive Medi-Cal!!! So not only was I misinformed but wasted two days of my time because they assumed my social/economic class!? Unacceptable! Lastly, if I am the mother of the minors in question why do I have to prove their identity??? Shouldn't proof of MY identity suffice?

Just return it or ask to renew it when the 6 weeks is up! How cool! The county def has benefits. This library is nice and quite in a so so neighborhood but good for the community to bring their kids here. Stuff is nice.
