Second time I was there, I waited 3 hours and saw all the people that I was in line with that was behind me,go ahead of me and I was left. My number never showed up on the screen and No one called out my number. I made sure I was in front of the screen and didn't even go to the bathroom of fear of missing my number. Finally, I got up to ask one of the workers by the door and and asked how far I was in the que? He told me my number was called already! I said, NO, it was NOT. I told him I watched for 3 hours in front of the screen and I was never called. He called a supervisor man to come help and he, took my number ticket and I was told to go back and sit down. I waited and waited and the supervisor never came back to me. I asked where he went and was told he said he would come back. He never did. I finally saw the sweet lady supervisor and asked her to help. She finally assured me me that she would get my number called again and to listen for it. Another 1/2 hour and finally I was called and it only took 5 minutes with a case worker. Almost 4 hours in pain as I can't sit for too long, both legs go numb and buldging discs in my lower back and neck were throbbing. I can't stand for too long either. I have a ankle impingement, and plantars fasciitis in both feet and sciatica. It was a bad day for me to wait that long . I don't know why but they have done this to a few people that was there too and I was one of them. I over heard some of the workers complaining about customers and some being rude to customers who don't speak English so well and be condescending towards them and belittling them. Such rudeness should cease. The one women who is kind, and making sure everyone is being taken care of was the supervisor . She was very understanding, spoke kindly to everyone. I know you all see some crazy people up in there but, you should do your best to speak and talk kindly towards others. Get off your cell phones and always be ready with a kind face and be helpful. Thats the job you signed up for. If you continue to complaine, maybe you should look for another job. We need a system of people who want to help others.

This, initially, was false imprisonment because the fighterfighters had ZERO right to force me in the gurney since I was completely coherent and was answering questions without any obvious obstruction of my cognition. They beat me just after I had a seizure and had fresh wrapped burns on my face and hands - my fault there but of course they never were charged and those two were obviously believed over me. Tough luck! Anyways, I just sat there, in the cell, on my bed and faced the wall until it was feeding time or showering time. They can't lock your imagination up!!!!!! I had no one to help on the outside since I'm not a paedophile. NO! seriously!! They're so relaxed and nonchalant about creepy old dudes getting down with kiddos. But yeah, I didn't receive any help or rehabilitation in there. I literally sat or lied down like a trapped dog in a cage for roughly 2,160 hours in my head or asleep. That last time I came here, the experience wasn't bad but not as good as my latest visit. It wasn't crowded and I didn't have an appointment. After checking in, my wait was maybe 10 minutes. I was called up, provided proof of residency, took mu picture and then completed testing (HazMat). I should receive my renewed license in approx. two weeks. Seamless process. If you have a commercial license, don't waste you time at a non-CDL DMV. There's only a handful of commercial DMV's in the state. Check the CA DMV website for a facility near you. It's worth it!
