Maybe if you as taking advantage of the delivery and pick up service, it is worth it, but for those who can't (like me), it's a rip off. The stains were removed from the clothes, but the pants weren't properly pressed and they managed to make a Y shaped crease on the thigh of each pant leg. If their service was half as nice as their website claims to be, they would have gotten a returning customer. Don't let the website fool you into thinking they have a great service and friendly staff.
