Was told by two different people that I could use that fee toward a new machine if I purchased it within 30 days. The repair didn't work so we decided to buy a new one. Looked on their website to see what was available and in stock. Got to the store and was met by salesman right off. We told him what we wanted and he showed us the machine with a $777 price tag. We mentioned on line the same machine was $649, the first shyster move!!! He said I'll be right back, and said we were correct. We then said we'd like to buy and put the $229.99 towards the purchase, his response was our policy is only $50 can be used for purchase! Second shyster move! We stated that the employees need to be more educated on the policies, we got a blank stare and then walked out. After telling this to many people , we heard similar and more horror stories from this store, not recommended by many from what the word around town is!!

He spent around 2 hours on it and found the drain pump had a piece of chipped glassware preventing it from draining. He could have probably told us we needed a new pump if he wasn't honest as I suspected that was the problem based on online videos and my own lack of success doing preliminary cleaning. But he tested it out and it worked fine. Wrapped up the job and charged us a very reasonable fee that to me seemed about half of what I thought reasonable. This is the third time we have used Mr Weeman with excellent service and results each time.

I have called a number of times and per their current service manager it is my fault because apparently my speedometer is not correct and other drivers tailgate so that makes it okay for their employees, in company vehicles to do the same. WHAT??? I also left a message with the president or vp and asked for a call back which never came, no surprise and again today I had one again on my tail for miles. They apparently do not care how this reflects on their business.
