The Office Manager has done an outstanding job of training and advising them, always keeping in touch with the efforts they put forth. ALL of the Physical Therapists easily demonstrate an incredibly-full knowledge of what needs to be done with any patient that walks in. They all also begin with full knowledge of their Clients' needs and proceed with care and full attention to each Client. If they recommend particular exercises, they always update and keep their Clients comfortably informed. DON'T GO HERE! NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING! I went to physical therapy here for TWO YEARS and the staff was warm but no one knows what they are doing. This place is run with the low quality of care and the place is run by Patricia who is the only qualified physical therapist all all the rest of the employees are pt assistants or pt interns who just take orders. Sometimes she's not even there. I was diagnosed with tinnitus by my Primary Doctor Dr. Ojen Masour who reffered me to the place. I thought I was a good hands. I spent TWO YEARS GOING HERE! I and was there for an hour two days a week doing the work and paying out the nose. My Primary doctor diagnosed me with Tendonitus and I was doing everything I was supposed to, and I endured a huge amount of pain that very, very slowly decreased but I still had pain when I stopped going there. I didn't learn this until years later that I should have been out of there in 6 months. Not until I moved out of the area and went to a different physical therapy place. The new physical therapist was much more professional and through at taking measurments/modern tools, and medical notes with my first appointment and she quickly determined that I had Tennis Elbow. Once I started with the new physical therapist the treatment was far less gruleing and I was done in 6 months. I don't know the first thing about filing a grievance, and I can't go back in time to get my time or money back. Thought I wish I had listened to my inner voice and stopped going to them and gotten a second opinion. There was a several times I asked Patricia to provide me with my prescription so that I can go somewhere else. She got psycho angry and said no! There was a time I thought she might hit me! I was in so much pain I couldn't stop seeing them because if I just missed one day of physical therapy my pain would rapidly increase. Patricia was furious and she got close to my face and said no. SHE IS A BULLY and she was convinced she was giving me the right treatment when in fact she had two much pride and ego to even consider I could be misdiagnosed. Unfortunately I learned later until I spoke to more friends including my sister who is a Nurse she told me the Physical Therapist should have given me the diagnosis in the first place NOT my Primary Doctor. Its the Physical Therapists job to do the assessment at your first appointment and give the diagnosis. read more

My wife has been going to this physical therapist office since an injury with the airlines. Many injuries with the airlines over a fifty year career. Her first therapist was the founder of this establishment John Geary. She subsequently has had as a therapist Kathy and the very knowledgeable Debbie both exceptional therapists. She probably has a plaque there with her name on it with her own room. After a horrible accident a few years ago Diane and I were made whole again thanks to the terrific people working there. It's like a large group of people who are like family to us. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. They handle it all. Therapy on shoulders, knees, neck, arms etc are available to patients who will receive expert care. The office with luz, and Karen is knowledgeable and efficient, and along with the lovely Nicole they all make the therapy a wonderful experience. I would be remiss in not mentioning the terrific staff that puts you through the exercises lead by Patty and Sam. All in all they will expertly take care of you in this amiable environment . They are amazing in how they put up with me. I truly recommend anybody in need of therapy to find their way to this establishment that is perfectly named a community. read more

Everyone is so great here! Even though I was in pain, the team was always very supportive and encouraging with exercises. The place is well kept and clean. Always had availabilities for appointments, never any issues with scheduling. Chris and Debbie are my favorite Physical Therapist, they always brought a smile to my face. Both very knowledgeable and really helped massage out the knots I had. The physical therapy aids, Samantha and Kaysa were always very friendly and helpful with all my exercises. I have had to use a Physical therapist many times for different injuries. I have used many different therapy groups. I have felt that community center is an excellent group of therapists and people. They take care of all their responsibilities seriously and continue to care for their patients with a personal touch. They never leave the client alone while doing exercises. They answer all questions and will double-check on questions they are unsure of the proper answer. It feels like family and with respect. I highly recommend them for anyone's PT needs. read more

Having to go through knee injuries and surgery was a very tough and painful experience for me. But doing post op physical therapy sessions at Community Center was absolutely helpful and amazing experience! I started coming to Community PT after my first hip replacement. They were amazing. Now I'm seeing them for my other hip. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I have been to Community Center Physical Therapy four different times for back treatment. Each prescription lasted about four weeks. The staff is very kind and compassionate. They are patient and caring. The therapy is targeted and got me back on my feet. The facility has private treatment rooms which is a big advantage over other physical therapy facilities I've been to in my experience. This place is the best! Very knowledgeable staff, a very warm and harmonious atmosphere. I was here last year to work on some compressed disks in my neck and I learned great stretching techniques that helped a lot. My husband is now rehabbing post full knee replacement surgery. I have been coming to community physical therapy for the past month and a half due to an ACL surgery. This place is amazing. The entire staff is extremely professional and the physical therapists are very knowledgeable. Personally, I have had interactions with all of the physical therapists. Some are better than others, but as a whole, I am extremely impressed. When I am done with physical therapy, I hope to never need or see any of them again. However, should the need arise, I definitely have a place to go to. read more

Not professional, I had to cancel my appointment after my husband tested positive for Covid and I made another appointment with Luz, she didn't make the new one in their agenda, they got confused when I called on the way to go, and I had to cancel my work in the morning because of this mistake. They don't take the responsibility to fix the issue. Luz who works at front desk called me to say that she refused to accept my 11 year old daughter who hurt her knee in volleyball, after we filled in all the paperwork and after her mistake.I tried to call more than 5 times , and she didn't answer the phone, just pick up the phone and no one talked. She completely ignored the fact that we needed treatment ASAP. read more

I was in a car accident at the beginning of the year and at that time I started going to Community Center Physical Therapy. Everyone there was extremely friendly and receptive, and even though I have an extremely stubborn injury that is taking forever to fully heal they have been very patient with me. I personally see Ryan and I cannot speak highly enough about him. I always feel better after I leave my sessions and he regularly changes my exercises so I never feel like I am reaching a plateau. I really hope that this injury finally fully heals soon, but I will miss Community so much when it does! read more

I had arthroscopic knee surgery to clean a torn meniscus and went to Community Center Physical Therapy for my PT. I can't say enough about how well the staff at this facility are. I sprained my ankle a few months ago and the podiatry sent me to physical therapy, I selected this facility because they are contracted with many health plans. I had a total knee replacement and was assigned to this facility for my physical therapy. They had me start PT prior to surgery and I resumed therapy 2 weeks after surgery. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how good it smelled and how clean the facility is . They provide fresh coffee daily and bagels on Friday!!! Everyone is so warm and friendly!! All the staff are extremely skilled and knowledgeable. Physical therapy was very painful; at times I did not feel I was progressing in my therapy! Everyone made me feel confident and reinforced that I was making great strides! I go 3 times a week and if I could I would go everyday!! I cannot say enough good things about this place but I will start with their warm and friendly approach and demeanor. They are very professional. They have very innovative equipment. Facilities are spotless. When I went for PT per my surgeons orders, Vanessa listened to me attentively and after evaluating me she tailor made a PT program for my particular needs. I definitely did not feel like one more patient to filter trough to get more income, as I did the previous time I had PT at some location in the valley. I have been coming here for 4-5 years now and I have nothing but good things to say. First I started coming here for a back injury. About a year later I got into a very bad off-roading accident that put me in a wheelchair for months and I couldn't even start coming here immediately because of the damage. As soon as I was able to start coming here again, I came 3 times a week and my leg immediately started feeling better. They don't push you too hard and they accommodate all of your needs. They take excellent care of you and make sure you are comfortable no matter what your injury. All of them are very nice and welcoming and caring to your needs. Everyone who works there is so nice, and they made me feel at home every time I was there (which had to be a lot for a while).
