It isn't just a "play based" pre school. After my oldest spent her Pre-School years in the aforementioned "play based" pre-school (still horrified that this was concealed from us until our last parent teacher conf) we were left with about 7 months of crash course to prepare for kindergarten. Not only did she catch up but is doing awesome at kindergarten because of the time she had at Promise. I cant praise them enough! The fact that they help instill the same Christian values that I believe in is just a bonus to the educational assistance they are giving to children in preparation for kindergarten...which they actually offer in addition to the pre-school classes.

They go above and beyond, from serving healthy snacks and lunch to helping both of my twins through potty training (which was such a blessing!). The small class size with three teachers makes such a difference, every child is truly seen, heard, and nurtured. One of my favorite parts is getting photos and videos throughout the day. It makes me feel connected and reassured, and I love being able to see the joy on my kids' faces while they learn and play. She was incredibly shy and the first couple weeks were tough getting her used to the drop offs (she had been solely at home with me for the first 2.5 years of her life) but Ms Nichole was so patient and helped us slowly ease into everything and met my daughter where she was at.
