Stupidly, I paid for this right away and told them they did a good job because I figured who the hell would advertise themselves as a cleaning service if they, you know, don't actually clean anything? Lesson learned, and an expensive one -- $1700 for a "move-in house cleaning" and window washing. They also recommended some additional things they could cover while here at reasonable rates. Kyle communicated with me daily on progress and walked everything with me a few times before they completed to ensure they weren't missing anything. After they completed I found a few spots that got missed and they addressed them right away.
