I am now very disappointed with the way she has handled my account and I can not recommend her services. While I was traveling for business overseas, my house sitter got everything ready for Maria and her team to clean the house as scheduled, except she accidentally forgot to put the key in the hiding spot. Maria called my cell phone but my number is not active when I am out of the country so I didn't get her message. My house sitter emailed me and we decided to leave two payments for Maria on the next scheduled cleaning day because I didn't want Maria to lose the income for the day she couldn't get in. Well, when the next cleaning day came, I was still traveling so my house sitter made sure to have the key and payments ready, but Maria didn't show up. When I finally got home and turned on my cell phone I heard the message from Maria and I called her right away. She didn't pick up so I left a long voice mail apologizing and explaining what happened. No reply. I also texted her with a similar message, twice. No reply. Finally, another scheduled cleaning day arrived and I still had not heard from Maria. I texted her again asking if I was still on her schedule, yes or no? No reply, and Maria did not show up again. I just don't think I deserved to be snubbed and ignored because of the one mistake of not putting the key out. I suppose I could've had my house sitter call Maria, but I just figured I would pay for the missed day and all would be okay. I feel like I at least deserved a call back, even if it was just to say she was taking me off her schedule. Oh and most of those reviews are because she offered a discount for a yelp review. I have a feeling that if you don't give 5 stars (I gave 4 in my original review) then you will be punished. Sorry Maria, if you want a thriving business you can't treat your customers rudely!

I do not recommend using this house cleaning service. The person who arrived had little knowledge of cleaning procedures. It seemed more like a handy man was called last minute to support my request. I would have gladly accepted a later date for a better job! The individual who came did not wipe down my kitchen countertops, did not vacuum my rug (I had to remind them) and tracked mud through the house by the end of service (and I had to ask them to clean up after themselves). When I told the company about the poor service, they said I would have to pay for them to return to clean it more!

Initially, we hired them because we were juggling exceptionally busy schedules with kids and life had thrown us some tough health challenges.  As a same-sex couple, we've always felt entirely comfortable and respected by them. There's never been even a hint of discomfort or judgment.  When we've had surgeries or difficult times, they've asked how we are and if there's anything else they can do for us.  They treat us like people, not like a job, and their kindness has meant a great deal. Over the years, we've gone from monthly to biweekly to weekly cleanings because their help has become such a valuable support to our family. We've moved three times, and every time, they've stayed with us. We trust them completely in our home. Walking in on Fridays to a clean home with made beds truly feels like an act of care. We actually say every Friday (cleaning day), "This is the best feeling, I love Jose and Fabiola!" and "The money we spend on this is beyond well spent." They are flexible with scheduling and take the time to listen and adjust when we need something extra.  The work they do isn't easy, and we don't take it for granted. It's physical, personal, and often invisible work--and they do it with professionalism.  We're so grateful to have found such a respectful, hard-working family team who clearly care about their clients and their business

Last summer, my wife went over and asked them if they would give us a quote for cleaning our house. They came our home and looked around and they were very friendly. They said they would get back to us and let us know. But they never got back to us and they never gave us a quote for cleaning our home. We witnessed that they were cleaning our other neighbors houses (two or three different houses) in our neighborhood. It was strange that they have never gotten back to us. I found this very unprofessional and rude. Immediately after they came to our house, two weeks they started to ignore us I would never say hi to us anymore. They never got back to us about the quote and they have continued to work in our clubhouse and clean every other week, We can't help but wonder if they ignore us now because they realized when they met us and came into our home we are a lesbian couple and they are discriminating against us. We did inform them we are married. They continue to be able to make themselves available to clean our clubhouse and our neighbors homes. It feels very disrespectful that they continue to do this. My wife noticed that they had a Jesus crucifix around their necks and perhaps they were phobic or felt uncomfortable with cleaning our home because a lesbian married couple. It's very uncomfortable that they're continuing to clean our clubhouse as we are actually paying for them because we are part of the HOA and we own this mobile home park. They see us every other week and they never say anything. They never acknowledge us. We looked them straight away and not and say hello and they ignore us.
