Dylan is phenomenal. Came out, cleaned nearly half of our gutters after a storm but decided it was too slippery on our high roof for his comfort. So, he said he'd come back in a couple days when it had dried out and was insistent we not pay him until he finished. When he was done, the gutters - previously loaded with a mud/leaf mulch concoction - were spotless and flowing perfectly. Right in the middle of a "stream" of atmospheric rivers, we realized that our gutter was overflowing and needed to be cleaned. I called Rogers Windows and Gutters and Dylan called me back almost as soon as I hung up. He volunteered to come out the next day, but with winds gusting upwards of 35mph, the last thing I wanted was him on our second story roof. The following day, though, when the winds and rain lessened, he and his assistant were out and quickly cleaned our clogged gutters, put on two gutter leaf strainers on the two drain spouts that didn't have them, and then cleaned up the debris that had fallen to the ground. I had downspouts that were clogged, and the recent storms were causing an overflowing mess from the roof. One overflowing spot was unfortunately super close to my neighbors bedroom, so as you can imagine they were not happy about the constant stream of water causing noise right outside of their bedroom window. I have them a chance to meet the Elite price but they were unwilling and I sensed an attitude when I asked for a new quote.
