Never in my life did I think I'd be giving a 5 star review to a little restaurant inside a community ice rink - but here we are! First, I have to compliment the staff, especially our server, Ro, who was warm, welcoming, and super helpful and knowledgeable. Interactions with other staff was minimal, but everyone was polite and acknowledged me. For the appetizers - highly recommend the double dipper so you can sample both the kidney bean hummus and zaddy dip. The kidney bean hummus is a step above regular old hummus, so if you're a hummus fan, you'll enjoy this. And the Zaddy Dip is a fun spin and delicious spin on baba ganoush. Get this especially if you're a garlic fan. I went with just a half size grilled caesar salad for my main, with added chicken. I would describe this almost like a Caesar version of a wedge salad. The romaine heart was crispy and delicious - and grilling it adds an incredible flavor. The dressing was so creamy and delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked. The heirloom tomatoes were a nice little add on. The cornbread croutons were just one more way to level up this salad. I will compare every Caesar salad I eat from here on out to this one. I wish I had gone in with a bigger appetite to try more things. I will for sure be back to eat my way thru the rest of the menu. Since it's an ice rink I suspect I will find myself cooling off in there for lunches often this summer. Definitely a great place to come chill out, watch some hockey (or your kids skate?) and have some good food. This is elevated way above what you'd imagine you'd find at a place like this - and the prices are great for what you're getting. If I could add a 6th star, I would.

First time here since they changed the name and upgraded the place. What a nice change! Kids has so much fun. The rental skates are much nicer than they were years ago but bring your own pair to save $5 rental fee. Public skating schedule is on their website. We opted for the 530-730p slot which was well attended! About an hour in, everyone gets off the ice while the machine smooths the floor back out. Online reservations- super convenient. They do start selling tickets on site 30 minutes prior to the scheduled slot so arrive a bit earlier to avoid most of the crowd. Walkers- these can't be reserved online if you opt to buy your tickets online. On-site cafe- definitely Rinky Dink. The line got really long about an hour into the public session. There is a vending machine for drinks if you want to avoid the line. Bonus- music soundtrack was great!

Wow! What a hidden gem! We came here to ice skate with our four year old daughter for the first time and were very pleasantly surprised. The facility has been renovated recently and is a great spot! There are two rinks, locker rooms, clean bathroom, a cafe/ snack bar, and a full restaurant and bar. If you pay to public skate then you get a discount on the food and drinks at Icebreakers. Our daughter had a great time and we will definitely be back. The food and service as also great! Burgers are huge and wings are tasty!

Nice, clean & new renovated ice skating rink in Jacksonville. Always check their website for public skating time. They might not be the same everyday. Spectators can hangout outside the rink. Overall it's a fun place for any ages.

They claim to give military/first responder discount, but give their employees discounts instead.

If you're looking for something truly unique in Jacksonville, The Cove Social Club is such a hidden…read moregem! Located in a 101-year-old building that used to be an A&P grocery store, this space perfectly blends history, creativity, and community. I love that so much of the original architecture has been preserved -- and the fact that it was designed by a woman architect back in the day makes it even more special. The Cove offers so much: daily coffee service, cooking and cake-decorating classes in "The Lab," yoga and meditation on Wellness Wednesdays, Social Sundays focused on mindfulness and connection, and even Art & Wine nights where you can sip, snack, and paint while listening to live music. They're also about to open Sticks & Stones, a private cigar club next door that will be available to members -- it's going to be such a great addition to the experience. The next membership cohort begins November 1st, and spots are limited to just 150 members to keep things community-focused and personal. They also host networking events, lectures, and business education workshops, so it's a great mix of social and professional. Whether you come for a coffee, an event, or to meet new people, The Cove Social Club is one of those places that makes you feel instantly connected and inspired.

Such a RED FLAG! Before we signed our contract, it was Clay who was the venue manager at the time and he was incredible. Six months prior, I reached out with a question then was shared that Andrea was the new venue manager. Two months before the wedding Andrea had such poor communication and there were changes with the venue offerings that were not shared with me until I asked for certain furniture but found they didn't offer those items any more. Such another huge red flag on your end as a venue to not even reach out to me to discuss or apologize for your horrible venue manager, Andrea, for her behavior DURING my wedding at The Glass Factory. Within minutes of leaving the ceremony with my husband Andrea barges into the room about a problem with one of my guests. Andrea shared that my guest was unhappy that she was not let in for the ceremony when I in fact instructed all vendors to allow entry for guests during my ceremony but to leave them in the back inside of the venue near the entry door. My family friend missed the ENTIRE ceremony and Andrea was so loud and disruptive during my first alone time with my husband. RED FLAGS. I asked Andrea for her to apologize to my guest and she said no. My husband had to tell her she needed to leave the room because she was causing me so much anxiety and I was on the brink of tears because she was stressing me out so much. Attached you'll find information sent from my coordinator to all vendors which included Andrea the venue manager for the Glass Factory in Jacksonville, FL. My wedding was in early March and the venue was fairly warm as well. Very unique venue but if I could do my wedding all over again, I wish I could have chosen a different venue due to my experience with Andrea and The Glass Factory. I beg you to never get married here!!!!
