I am pleased this company repurposed a building already in existence instead tearing down trees to put up another building...use the ones vacant! This enterprise has trampolines (like), ninja like course to climb, swing across stuff and then 1/3 of place was colorful foam blocks kids could dive into, bounce into or swing into. Upstairs and on the corner we're tables set up for birthday parties; customer bring the food, drink, cake. The other side of the place had arcade games for additional fee. Way too expensive! I came here thinking it was gonna be $50 for the day much like other places that we've been to. For two kids only it was $61 for two hours, nachos $8 dollars, dipping dots for one kid $5 dollars... $100 dollars later and no toys, the only thing the parent got was, a quiet ride home. This place is too expensive for a single parent with two children. I didn't even get to enjoy the place. Their kitchen doesn't seem clean. When you walk in you definitely get a whiff of odors you'd find in a gym. Once you get over that, everything else is great. It's spacious and there are lots to do for all ages. Love how the employees enforce safety precautions and that someone is always around to easily help if needed. My girls and my niece and nephew had an amazing time. Things sure have changed since the last time we came. The warrior obstacle course was taken down and replaced with a cool basketball court, and there are a couple of very cool bounce houses the kids are clearly enjoying based on the screams of delight, lol. The foams in the foam pit look new and clean. The theme is more space exploration inspired... Flight to outer space. The wall mural is great. The artist did excellent. They also added some first come, first served table seating and spread out the massage chairs. The chair by one of the bounce houses was not working; I wouldn't take my cash. The location is well placed with plenty of parking. Staff greeted us kindly and got us up to speed with the required socks, basic rules, and a smile. This location had A LOT of trampolines and a safe area for kids under 48 inches tall. It houses a dodgeball trampoline court overseen by staff, four foam pits, a swinging foam pit, slack line and balance ladder pit, three basketball hoops, and a full ninja warrior course. I didn't even mention the arcade which is pretty darn sweet and up to date. We'll definitely be back, looking forward to doing more front flips without injuring myself into the foam pit. Went today for a birthday party. Our 2 1/2 year old loved it. She loved the variety of foam pits and running around the ninja course. It wasn't really busy so it was perfect for her. I like that they had a toddler section on the big trampoline. One thing they didn't have that some other places have, was a smaller version of the big ninja course. The kids had fun here but I'm not sure if I would come back because of the lack of care from the employees and the smells from the carpet area. The concept is super cool and my kids had a lot of fun playing here. However, my niece scraped off her elbow from jumping on the bouncer. They should have warning signs for certain areas and wearing long sleeves pants as well as shirts will also help to present injuries. The socks cost 2 bucks but they are reusable so keep them for the next time. Adults dont have to pay if they dont jump or walk on the bouncing areas. read more

The kiddos have been here quite a few times for school and camp field trips. It's a good option to burn off an hour worth of energy. My kids are usually wiped out and done after an hour. Pros: It's very spacious compared to another jump place close by. It has multiple foam pits, giant bounce area, ninja course and video games. There's ample seating for parents and party tables. I like that parents can find a pretty central spot to sit and keep an eye on their kids. The foam pit is cool because there's an area where you can trapeze yourself into the pit and another pit where you can cross via a rope ladder or balance along a thick balance beam (well, it's more of a balance ribbon) Cons: The main drawback IMO that pales in comparison to other local jump venues is the lack of hot food, bar and tvs. There are SOME snacks available behind the register and a couple vending machines. With that said, you may want to consider planning to eat before or after. TIPS: The (required) Velocity socks are $2. My kiddos kept theirs from various field trips so bring yours if you have them to save yourself a couple bucks. My $ went toward some post-jump Gatorade for my sweaty kid. Jump times start at the half hour so plan accordingly especially if you're meeting with friends. You'll want to start your jump times together otherwise you'll be a half hour off from your group. They track groups by armband color. Complete your waiver online prior to arriving. Otherwise, there's 3 kiosks available. read more

We've been to this location before and loved it. The front desk agent was helpful and polite, the location is generally clean. HOWEVER we were disappointed to find out after we had paid and started our time that half of the jump activities are under construction and closed off. On top of that, the construction is being completed during opening hours. It's incredibly loud and very likely not OSHA compliant as customers are not wearing hearing protection. The construction should be completed during closing hours.. it's ridiculous to not alert customers and to have it completed while customers are present. read more

Rip Off - went there today and paid to jump and bought a game card. None of their games were working but that didn't stop them from charging my card. I asked to talk to the manager about getting a refund - the manager, Jennifer O' Carroll, couldn't be bothered to come over to talk to me. She just sent one of underlings over to tell me no refunds. So the games don't work, there's no signage indicating the games don't work or not to use the machine to buy cards, my card was charged, and you cant get a refund. And the manager was so busy she couldn't even come out to talk to me about it. Great way to do business and treat (rip off) your customers! And if you like to hear saws and grinding while you jump, this is the place to go. Half the paces is under construction and we couldn't even hear each other over the construction noise. This seems like a place run like it is about to go out of business - they don't do construction off hours like most places that serve the public and they're going to take your money regardless of whether they provide the service you paid for. read more

Update from today: My 3 year old and 8 year old again had a great time, but I wanted to call out one staff member for being AMAZING with my little girl. She was working the Dodge Ball game from at least 12:30-1 if you can identify her by that. She deserves some kudos. Velocity is quite pricy and very busy, but is well staffed and clean. The manager walked around the entire time, staff kept engaged in all areas but one (foam pit with ladder and ropes) where there was none. The wristband system works well and ensures people leave when they should. An area with foam pit and obstacles specially for little ones would make me feel better about the price, as my 3 year old wanted to do everything but only area specifically for her was trampoline only. We celebrated our grandsons 10th birthday at Flight Adventure Park. We had about 100 guests, 35 being kids. We were able to rent out the entire facility for a 3 hour event... 1.5 hours was kids jumping about on the trampolines, about 30 minutes of Bday cake and happy birthday, and an hour of arcade time. We provided our own food and cake. The entire event was space themed. Jennifer and Logan had staff on hand for face painting, and overall TOTAL support of our event. The venue is clean, bathrooms spacious, and very ADA friendly. I am wheelchair dependent and was able to get anywhere I wanted to go. Logan - Amazing event coordinator! Poula - our groovy space face painting alien And I hate to say I dont remember any of the others by name, but each one added to our overall event in a very positive way. This venue can offer a birthday party from pretty simple to an out of this world event. Take the time to get with them. You wont be disappointed. My son went here today for a friend's Birthday Party. The place is gigantic. It's at least 3 times larger than Rebounderz. Although Rebounderz has a more upscale clientele. My son said this place was awesome. The party came with an hour of unlimited jump time and he enjoyed every minute of it. The alien jumping pit and dodge ball were the most fun. Dodge ball was one of my favorite activities, that's probably because I like throwing the balls extremely hard at my partner. Couldn't quite make it across the beam, no matter how hard I tried. I felt like there wasn't much to do, most of the things were "temporary close" the things to do there was just trampoline jumping and walking on a tight rope. Yes it not a plank but a tight rope. Sure it fun to jump and do flips, but you get tired out after 30 min. It cost 21$ for an hour and you get some socks with, they prefer you to wear their socks. I notice that some of the cashiers are not help out my group of friend checking out, I just saw them hang out in one computer watching funny video on there. Large space for kids to play - trampolines, even kiddie trampolines, ninja warrior area, basketball, foam pit, etc. There are tables reserved for parties and lots of chairs/couches for parents to wait and hang out while the kids play. If I didn't have my infant with me, I'd be playing and jumping with my toddler son. Flight pass can be purchased for 1 hour or 2 hours. Kids can go on and on for ours so we purchased the 2 hour for my son and my little cousin. No concession stand for snacks or drinks but there are vending machines for drinks. The strong smell of "smelly feet" is what turned me off even though the place is fairly clean and maintained. It's a very strong odor. I feel like this place can be compared to the law of diminishing returns for eating donuts; the more you eat, the worse you feel. Well, the more we visit, the worse I feel. The concept of Velocity is AMAZING! My son absolutely loves this place. I too enjoy it but to much less of an extent. There are two main issues I have with this place that are so freakin' easy to fix, it boggles my mind that the place cannot take the bull by the horns and realize the issues are issues. First off, the place opens at 9AM on Saturday morning to let the kids who are 6 and under to bounce. Cheers to that concept. However, there tends to be ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE WORKING THE REGISTER AT 9AM consistently. When you pay by the hour and pay to bounce from 9AM to 10AM, we'd like to be bouncing by no later than 905AM especially at $11 an hour for someone 6 and under. I kid you not I've been in line starting at 9AM and completed my transaction as late as 915AM meaning I paid for an hour and only received 45 minutes with zero empathy or concessions. The other issue is this place is the definition of filthy. Just yesterday (02/02/2019), most of the trampolines were dirty. By dirty I mean there was visible dirt, foam scraps, hair, and general trash visible. I'm not talking about one trampoline here and there; I'm talking almost all trampolines have small objects on them. I fell on the tramps for the first time this past weekend and I wanted to burn my clothes afterwards. There are multiple gum remnants/stains all over the place too. I've considered saying something to the employees working about the grossness but I doubt saying anything would make a difference since the place is always unclean. My son loves this place and is under 6 years old so I'll bite the bullet (and my tongue) and keep trying every Saturday with silent hopes of the place correcting itself. To me, I'd easily rate this place 4+ stars with additional morning employees and the trampolines being cleaned daily. read more

A large foam pit section with tightropes and a rope swing; an "American Ninja" style obstacle course; dodgeball (ON TRAMPOLINES!); a few basketball hoops so you can get your dunks on even if you can't make it without a spring loaded catapult. There's also a modest arcade if you suddenly don't feel like bouncing. Prices can be a little steep ($15/hr/jumper can add up quick) but they do have BOGO days and specials There are typically a good number of staff present to supervise but they are overwhelmingly high school kids and sometimes they seem to be more about their Snaps than the kid getting beaned in the face at dodgeball. There are a couple large spaces for hosting parties. Be warned, when it gets packed in here it's a little crazy especially if there's a gang of birthday cake-crazed pirates roaming the trampolines. Basically if we show up the the parking lot is full we bail. For such a large space it might be difficult but WiFi for the parents would be a plus read more

The only down side is that the part of the staff was terrible -there wasn't nearly enough supervision for the safety of the kids and a huge lack of rule enforcement. Need a way to let off steam? Or simply a place to let the kids run wild indoors? I attended the cutest little birthday party at Velocity Air Sports. The birthday mom and dad were stress free. The staff set up the table in a reserved party area. When we arrived as guest of the party we got to skip the line and enter VIP style. We signed a waiver to jump, and jump socks and escorted to our table until jump time started. The party was given an hour jump time. During this time, parents were free to watch the kids tumble , fly on a trapeze, play bouncy basketball or dodgeball, or even take a stab at the American Ninja Warrior obstacle course. There is so much more to do, they even have an arcade for the shy ones. After the hour is up, kids return to the table for cake and pizza, and drink. The most wonderful part I observed was their was a dedicated staff member to serve the party guest! So helpful to the birthday parents. Birthday cakes are only allowed for parties that were planned 10+ days in advance. We could sit on the ground outside of Velocity and eat our cake, but not allowed to sit inside on a chair and eat it. 10-19 guests would be 14$ per jumper, so basically it's required you spend $140+ to eat a birthday cake. I do like Velocity's jump and play area better than Rebounderz, but I will be taking my little brother to Rebounderz from now on. By the way I scoured Velocity's website and found nothing on there about no outside food or drink. Back in the day, you didn't have ask permission to eat a birthday cake. read more

I have been going to many venues in the last 8 years of my child's life and Flight Adventure Park was by far the worst - they ran out of utensils so half of my party did not have a fork to eat their cake with (my husband bought forks off of someone else's party!) - big fail on purchasing manager's end! Our host, while very sweet, was not attentive at all and we had to search for her few times, specifically at the end when I had to remind her to bring the party favors. She went to get them and was gone for 15-20 min, bunch of my guests left without party favors. Then after the party kids wanted Dippin' Dots, I paid for it in the vending machine, but never got ice-cream from it. All in all extremely disappointing experience! We did talk to the manager who gave us $64 discount but (and 3 free dippin' dots) I do not need a discount- I just need a party that was scheduled weeks in advance to run smoothly and have everything we paid for there! read more
