Docking a star since the phone tree to talk to the right department is a mess, and also the hand sanitizer dispenser by the front door is either full but broken or empty but functional 90% of the time. Staff is always super friendly at reception, nurses are too, and if you find the right PCP to match your needs, you'll have a great provider that provides excellent care, listens, and works with you to address your problems. read more

Only go here if you want to get tortured... this one short Indian lady straight up tortured me, when she was brushing my teeth she started brushing my gums for some reason which made them really sore and after she started to floss and as she was doing that she was also hurting my gums alot cuz of the pressure and after the floss she was using the dental scraper which she also doesnt know how to use apparently because she kept cutting my gums to the point they were bleeding and really really sore.... Jeanette is usually the lady who answers my calls and claims that my messages are "in the queue" for the nurses. Both times I called with concerns and they happen to be on a Friday and they will claim to have called me back and left a voicemail or say they couldn't leave a voicemail which is a complete lie! I'm constantly on my phone so tell me why I receive everyone's calls and everyone's messages but there's. The nurses here are not intentive to my needs by any means. I ended up going to the ER on Saturday due to their incompetence. If you are pregnant and have concerns, I do not recommend this location. They will not get back to you. The nurses and staff lying goes against their values of "integrity". I went for three different concerns about my health and she told me that if I had all those concerns I should have made multiple appoitments. I told her that didn't make any sense and how am I going to be making three different appointments for each thing? She said that's how it is and I told her that I have never heard something like that before and that it seems like all she cares is the about the money she makes from her patients. She literally didn't give me any information about my health. Didn't tell me what I have or what I could possibly have. And on top of that she walked away without even letting me know that the appointment was done. She is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. Went here one time due to lack of insurance and no money. I hope I'm never sent here again. I explained to them that they were referred to me by another physician due to my financial situation. I filled out all the necessary paperwork, etc. The doctor never did anything to help me. Not even a simple blood test performed. What CHC of SnoCo did do, is refer me elsewhere. Nothing more. And for this, I receive a bill of over $200, even though they knew I was unable to pay them anything. Whoever the administrators of that place are, they would do well to LISTEN to the community for which they are here to serve. A lot of us walk through their doors due to lack of money. That does NOT mean we are unintelligent or beneath them. What we lack financially, we make up for with our wish to express our opinions. Here on Yelp, that opinion seems very unfavorable. I would think the powers that be would feel dissatisfied with that and seek to carry out changes toward improving. I've had nothing but problems with the Everett location... just today the front desk people turned me away from my appt claiming they didn't accept my insurance. I was just there last week and was seen with no issues. They wouldn't listen to me about my insurance, ignored me when I tried showing my insurance card... so I went home and called my insurance to make sure my insurance was the same. My insurance hadn't changed, the front desk ladies made a huge mistake. Then when I tried calling the office to tell them of their mistake, and try to get a new appt for today, I was put on hold for a half hour... with no sign of getting back to me. So I had to call back. Finally after being on hold again, I was able to get a new appt. Which is great except now I don't have a babysitter. My whole day was ruined because of the incompetence of two front office workers. I definitely plan on finding health care elsewhere now. I'm sick of the constant headache and hassle. CHC as a company is pretty horrible. State run healthcare isn't great to begin with but CHC tends to cut corners a lot. That said... I LOVE DR.BADER AND DR.MOORE!!! They have always been willing to listen to my family and continue to work with us despite all the hurdles of caring for a child with complicated diagnosis. We get informative and caring visits with both providers. They are both very open to suggestions and communication with us and have been very helpful in speeding up referrals and out of office care. My favorite part is how open they are to non pharmaceutical options. They try to reserve prescribing until it's the only option left to respect our families wishes and sensitivities. read more

They are a low income clinic with low income docs that are not cool. I found some of the nurses to be nice, but the docs I am guessing went to a medical technical school for a year or so. One doctor would not give test results over the phone. Let's see? You are there because you are broke, but she wanted me to come in and pay for an office visit to tell me I was ok. BS! Then my son was very ill and had been for some time. They tested him for something totally unrelated and sent him home. I have been at this clinic since February 1, 2014. It was recommended to me when my doctor moved his practice. After 3 months at this clinic I have yet to be treated for all but 1 complaint(restless leg syndrome). When my insurance called them before transferring me to them, they were told I would be treated for my chronic pain. I have fibromyalgia, bipolar, anxiety, interstitial cystitis, severe gastric issues and PTSD. I also have issues with chronic falling. At my first appointment I gave them a very detailed list of my health. I also signed a release for them to get my records from my old doctor and a list of my current medications. In February I had a fall in the parking lot and whacked my head very badly. I had to go to the hospital emergency room. When I went for my follow up at my primary care doctor they refused to treat me for the injury. Sending me to the emergency room yet again. The Emergency room treated me and referred me to a neurologist. The ER Doctor was furious about the care I was not receiving from the primary care doctor. On my second follow up I was refused any medication for the injury and told to take ibuprofen, which I'm not suppose to take due to gastric problems. If you ever decide to change primary care doctors, please do not put your health in their hands. I'm currently looking for a doctor who will actually treat me as a person. I am not a bad person, nor am I hard to understand. But to this day they have not tried to get my records or enter my current medication list in their system. How can anyone expect good care when they are not capable of the easiest of tasks. read more

Don't bother coming here. First of all, the facility just feels dirty. I saw Dr. Tran to get my nexplanon (birth control implant in arm) removed and I had a HORRIBLE experience. Her bed side manner was terrible and I was already nervous about the procedure and she made it so much worse. She was frustrated because she couldn't locate the implant after she numbed me and kept sighing and I'm the middle of the procedure said "I need a break" and left the room. When she came back from her "break" she wasn't wearing gloves and proceeded to deal with my open cut. After over an hour of being at the clinic, she couldn't get it out and referred me to an OBGYN. My arm got extremely infected and it was so painful. After 3.5 weeks of letting it heal (with antibiotics) I went to an OBGYN at the Everett Clinic and he got my implant out within 5 minutes. Simple, quick and not traumatic. Do not ever go to Dr. Tran for a proper Nexplanon removal!! read more

Between this location and Broadway I've been coming here since 2013. I prolly been through 3 different doctors but I love my current PCP Dr. Leslie G she's awesome. What I look for in my doctor is just someone who is genuinely concerned with my health. In the past I found myself basically suggesting treatments that they would just agree with, if it wasn't for Dr. L and the Dr. M I would have never discovered I was diabetic. I hope Dr. L stays for awhile because I'm really looking to build up a relationship with my pcp verses having to explain everything all over again to the new doctor. Some slight complaints. Scheduling is often a hit and miss even know they take appointments at 6pm I could never seem to get one of those, my Dr. is always booked like 3 weeks out so the that kind of sucks, but besides that I love it here. read more

I chose community health of Snohomish county because I wanted a woman doctor as my primary care doctor. I am new to area from out of state. After long wait, I was able to see Dr. Rodriquez. She was very nice and I felt comfortable. The reason I am giving them such a low score is it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through line to make appointment, ask a question, get a refill, etc. unless you wait, wait, wait for someone to answer phone. Every time I try to call, it is the same thing. Also, website is either always down, hard to find, and impossible to figure out. The receptionists seem very unknowledgeable. I have been to this clinic three times. The first for a routine wellness exam was okay, the doctor didn't have a great bedside manner and there was a bit of a wait. The next two times were at the dental clinic. The receptionists were very personable and friendly. I was checked in quickly and called back within 5 minutes. The dental assistant and dentist had a great rapport with each other both times and were friendly to me as well. I was surprised how comfortable I felt as I am generally very afraid of the dentist. My only complaint is that they get booked very quickly and you have to make appointments 3-5 months out. read more

Mind you, this is a general practice health care center along with dentistry and a pharmacy. This review is about the Pharmacy and its incompetence. The practitioners themselves are quite alright but skip this pharmacy when you're asked where you want your prescriptions filled. With that out of the way, onward: CHC Pharmacy of Everett, is more concerned with moving product than they are with your health. They'll even get sketchy on the basics if they can get that old crusty box of testing strips sold than getting the order right. Yeah, I just wanted testing strips for my Accu-Check Aviva. I had the device and the old testing strips to show them. In the first visit, they said it would only take 15 minutes after stating I had to leave for work soon. 15 became 45- actually, just little under an hour so I had no choice but to leave. The next day, another 30 minute wait and the order is filled with this crusty old flimsy box.... of drums.... for a completely different and old device. Both times at their desk I had my device and current strips in plain view. It was easy to see the device and the model and what the strips looked like. So that's $35 down the drain - no refunds. A scumbag move to move some product that should have been discarded. read more

My family and I have been going to CHC 112th location for 6 years now. We have seen multiple providers and everyone of them has been great. They have always taken their time to answer any questions, they remember us when we come in, and care about our wellbeing. Dr.Yvonne Ma is our pediatric doctor and she is great! she takes the time to make sure everything is addressed and expresses her concern for my kids. I previously saw Dr. Palapu but she took a position at another clinic and was worried about who I would be placed with. I believe her name is Dr. Trang-- I've only seen her a couple times and she is awesome too! The medical assistants also always remember us and ask about how we are on a personal level. read more
