Which was not my experience at the previous physical therapy establishment that I had tried first-- (having tried a previous place the things I noticed at the other place were uncleanliness, disorganization and lack of knowledge/ and was over-Complicated and they disregarded physiatrist notes) The reason for my physical therapy was my back and hips and Brett went straight to the point on my first day and I was already feeling better with my at home routine and in office within a week. my advice is to try this place first and see Brett if you can! I just finished 6 weeks of rehab work at Summit, and I have nothing but compliments towards the entire staff. My primary therapist Mikaela was amazing. She knew her stuff, and got me fully back from a long hip injury/surgery recovery, and I would recommend her and this entire office to anyone asking. I made an appointment for over a month six weeks and when I showed up the first two times they had no idea who I was. I showed up the third time and they lost electricity and I just think this is unacceptable because they had no record of me whatsoever and I have been a patient there before so I am definitely looking for another place for my rehab on my shoulder no I'm sorry nothing it's just oh we don't have you down really because I had my calendar out and I wrote down every appointment twice a week and they still didn't have any record of me that speaks volumes to me read more

HORRIBLE customer service! My hand surgeon recommended David at this (thankfully I have more options) place. I've been a patient of summit in both lake stevens and Snohomish. however....I called this branch THREE times with a message (no one answered the phone) for setting up an appointment. not one time did anyone return my call. extreme unprofessional and because I thought they'd call back, I'm now a week late on getting into another PT. read more

I am not a fan of PT but having to go to it for several issues I can compare facilities. I chose Summit because it was close to my house and my foot doctor recommended it. Surprisingly, I showed up at the door to talk to them and got an appointment within days so that was a plus. I found it is much better to book ahead for 4-5 sessions. When doing that you can choose your time and the therapist you want to work with. I have a hip issue now and back again. Once again, I got a great therapist and booked out my appointments for a consistent day and therapist. I rated only 4 stars because a fellow patient that brings his wife and toddler. They allow the wife and toddler to have free run of the place and the toddler was running around, climbing on the equipment and came into my room. They should be showed to the waiting room but I think someone is afraid to confront the situation for the comfort of the other patients. read more

I got the run around on my Insurance. First they said they did take it. Then a few days later. No they don't take it. I said it says Apple Health right on my card. They asked me to email thiem a copy of my insurance card. They never got back to me, so I assumed they did indeed take my insurance. I show up for my appointment. Then they tell me No we don't take your insurance. I ask, "did you get my email?" She says yes. I ask, "why didn't you email me back? Why did you let me drive here, show up for the appointment? My experience with Summit Rehab. was not good. They said I had cancelled two previous appointments when I had previously been seen there and then told me they were two months out to book an appointment. My experience there the first time was wonderful with a therapist by the name of Hannah. When I was going there before she left and they are correct I cancelled because Hannah had left and it became a zoo. The receptionist should not work with people as it is OBVIOUS she doesn't enjoy it by her interaction with people. I'm not the only one to think this either. Summit Rehab will continue on as their services are in such high demand. If not they would go out of business. Good luck Summit as when the demand goes down your business will be one of the first to close. Congratulations for making people feel so welcomed. LOL read more

I was referred to Summit Rehabilitation by my foot doctor. I was very hesitant to go due to a prior visit that did not go well. In fact my review said I would not go back. Well I take that back. Yes, I decided to go to Summit one more time. This time I was greeted, informed, and my physical therapist was great. Actually all three of the therapist I saw over the course of my therapy were awesome. My goal was to run again. Although it is not pretty when I run; Summit did get me running again! read more

My wife was referred to them by our doctors office. We went there four or five times. We got a call from them telling us that we were exposed to Covid-19. We got tested and both came back positive. I am still sick with Covid-19. Luckily my wife hasn't had any symptoms. What angered me the most is the absolute disregard by the staff that we got sick in their establishment. My wife and I are both elderly and this could be much more serious than if we were young. We will not go back to Summit Rehab for any reason ever again. They obviously don't care about their patients. read more

I've spent A LOT of time in rehab/ PT unfortunately, so this is not my first rodeo....but my first time in this location. There was a lot of miscommunication getting me set up (not sure which way blame actually fell....doctor or them) but once I went in they were very nice. This is a big facility and they pack it in. The waiting room is far too small for the amount of people they move thru there... that's for sure. They have a speedy computer check in (if it's not your first time), and several ladies that greet you when you arrive. My first visit I was taken in a private room to talk and assess, and then start treatment and come up with a plan. My PT guy was Bob, very friendly, listened, and worked with me to get an idea of the best plan of attack. I had Bob for a couple visits and then bounced to Dave. Dave was very helpful in stretching my foot and getting movement. Much stronger hands, and really seemed to work the right area. I was seen by another lady, but she seems to have a much lighter touch. My luck is no luck...so at this point I'm having my surgery redone, which means I'm done with PT for the next 3-4 months. But I will be back. Pros: They have your choice of private or open tables to do your PT They have so many employees they can get you in without a lot of wait time They keep good chart notes so when someone else helps you they have info so you are not repeating everything constantly. Tons of contraptions and tools to get you fixed up. Location, and parking are super easy. They take most insurance...including mine...which almost no one takes! Cons: They have so many people you kind of just get cattle prodded in. Not as personal as other places I've been Each person has their own style,so consistency isn't always there. Gets crowded quick! Overall: Convenience, and the fact they take my crappy insurance means I'll be back. I would probably book out much further in advance and request to be with only 1 Physical Therapist. read more

Not a ton of PT places in Lake Stevens so I've used this one a few times. Several years ago they did a great job helping with my tennis elbow. Last year I went for my knee and got little help, I don't think they thought I had a problem and was there for one visit only...the therapist told me he'd give me a couple of exercises because he felt bad sending me home with nothing. Fast forward 4 months and I could barely walk. I ended up needing surgery on my knee and went there again for PT and again little help, after a couple of visits and the therapist giving me advice "try to not limp" two weeks after my surgery, I quit going. It's a nice facility, clean and friendly staff but they just aren't great at what they do :/ read more

I had to come to Summit Rehab for PT after foot surgery. Good location with ample parking. The ladies at the reception (Gail and Angie) are welcoming and caring. My PT, Lindsey Knox is such a professional, but caring and genuine at the same time (I also had Jenny and Betsy who were also very good). The clinic is well-lit and clean. Waiting area is a bit small with only 5 chairs, but the wait is never long. They also ask if you prefer to be out in the main room with other patients or prefer the privacy of a room. I always chose the main room since conversations with other therapists and patients are always engaging and entertaining. I highly recommend Summit if you are looking for professional, experienced and caring staff. read more
