For my baby's first appt I was having some trouble adjusting at home to all of my new responsibilities that came with taking care of a newborn, my toddler and myself having just finished a high risk pregnancy for gestational hypertension. As I was finally sitting down to complete the paperwork prior to the deadline while in between feeds I received yet another reminder call. I explained my situation to the lady that called me and she had very little empathy.

The office environment is warm and welcoming. I love coming here and seeing the two very sweet allergy-free dogs that romp around the office. I have always been the stubborn young adult who has firmly held the belief that I don't need insurance. I don't have any chronic medical issues, but as you might expect, things happen! Luckily for me, Guardian Family Care doesn't actually take insurance, but instead has a very, very, affordable monthly plan which includes visits anytime I need them. There is no messy insurance paperwork/deductible/co-pay/etc, and if they have the medication or shot you need in house, they'll take care of you on the spot! * Vaccinations for my trip to India? Check! * Immediate treatment and medication for a terrible allergic reaction to a spider bite in my cheek? Check! * Getting me in for blood tests when I was passing out almost daily and teaching me about my blood sugar issues? Done! (and now my blood sugar seems to have leveled out pretty well) * Free tetanus shot at the same time my fiance had an appointment just because I was overdue for one? Absolutely! My other experience here is with their walk in clinic, they couldn't help the family member I brought here, but the bill was $1000.
