She has put together a remarkable team, program and home. The home was built by her talented husband. It is perfect as it gets the clients to congregate in the "great room" which is light bright airy and has a very positive feel to it. The clients need to be in environment for positive stimulation and this is it! Flora has unbelievable ability to relate well to the people with dementia/ Alzheimer's and kindly helps the family learn how best to interact and communicate with their loved ones. She and her staff provide wonderful stimulation through games, activities and outings. There is even a music therapist that comes in with music of wonderful times gone by for the clients to become engaged and enthusiastic. It is remarkable. Flora and her staff prepare EXCELLENT, yummy, healthy home cooked meals!! Flora makes all of her visitors feel at home. When you visit your loved one, you feel you are visiting at your most favorite relative's home. You won't want to leave. It is so hard to place a loved one into a home care facility, but with Flora it just feels right. She makes sure your loved one is thriving and puts you at ease. You couldn't ask for more - especially when you are dealing with this tough time. Flora was STUPENDOUS with my dad. We even celebrated his 95th birthday at Flora's. The only downside: she is only in the Phoenix area. I would love for Flora to be in my area - 1000+ miles away. So I might have to steal her away, but NO she has a wonderful large family in the Phoenix area. So if you are in Phoenix area - you are beyond blessed!! We were favoring them when we had one more question, and sent an email to Dustin; he answered it promptly even though it was late and he WAS ON VACATION (which we found out from another staff member). Their caregivers were good. And showed up when scheduled. We even had a incidence when one of the caregivers had a last minute transportation issue, when due for a night shift. We received a call from Taylor to advise us that she was working on a replacement, but if she could not find one SHE WOULD COME HERSELF. They furnished us with all of their licenses and insurance to assure they were fully insured and licensed. We are glad we chose them!

Referred for a motorized scooter 12/2/25. Gave it 90 days. They say they never got the referral…read more Doctors office sent it again. waited a week. Called and was told i needed the rehab dept so i left a message. As i didn't get a return call I followed up again. Today i was told no referral has ever been received. When I asked for a supervisor i was disconnected. Third call on hold now for the rehab dept 10 minutes. At this point i've advised my doctors office my husband (also referred for a scooter due to cancer) and i need to be referred to an agency that isn't incompetent.
