This is the only Urgent Care I've ever been to and others really need to take notes. It's super clean, wait time is super short maybe like 3 people max ahead of you (today i only had 1 person before me, a child) , the Dr takes their time with you giving you everything he thinks will improve your health and never rushes through your time. No appointment is needed, insurance covers your visit and they're super friendly and kind from the second you walk in. Today I woke up No voice, throat on fire coughing out green slime. I got a IV boost with vitamins (saline IV is covered (depending on your insurance of cours) and the boost is a tiny fee less then your lunch !! I also got a B12 boost added and for the throat he sprayed Decadron which OMGGGG takes the throat pain away in 15 min and lasts 2 days (where has it been all my lifeeee) I did Testing for everything Flu, Strep, Covid Had my lungs checked, blood pressure. People in the medical field take an oath not to turn away those in need of medical care. This was unprofessional, rude and just plain evil. He prescribed me 10 days of antibiotics, and at 5 days my abdomen was still swollen, my skin was still yellow, and I was experiencing intense itching all over my body, so I called the aftercare line to inquire whether I should come back in; I was dismissively told to discontinue the antibiotics and take Benadryl (which I'd already explained hadn't helped the previous night when the itching started), and that I'd have to go in and see another doctor if I wanted to speak to a clinician for a second opinion. At that second appointment, Dr. Strochkov took one look at me and said, "You have jaundice and your liver is swollen, GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM NOW." I did, and they admitted me immediately - I had hepatitis A. Thank you to Dr. Strochkov for catching this and a very hearty f*** you to everyone else employed at this practice.

A woman came in but the rest of the staff got here around 8:15am - 8:20am. This would have not be such a bad thing if people didn't start coming in already and there was no one to help the clients (at least 8 people was here by the time they opened). I was able to fill out my information in the kiosk. I'm not a fan of it allowing you to set an appointment because if you schedule it for 9:30am and it's 8am it will say I You're too early for the appointment. Although I'm a walk in patient not sure why I must need an appointment. It is now 8:27am and I'm sitting in the room waiting on someone to test me for the rapid Covid test. Okay it's not 8:33am and the test was taken (no vitals) I was told to wait in the room and they would give me the test results right away which is pretty cool . This location is new and very clean, staff seems pretty nice. I got my results and letter by 8:45 so hopefully I can make it to work for 9:30am. I gave them a 5 star because of the quickness once I got processed in but they get a 4.5 for the pre processing and lack of staff when they opened at 8am. I will definitely be back again but it seems to be best to come in early in the AM.

The offices are not the numbers you call when you need info, it's like some hub that answers and they relay info to these locations, so a lot of info gets misconstrued or lost in translation, causing issue for patients. For this instance, myself! I came in on Tuesday 3/17 around 2:30 for my documents for work, mind you this was submitted the previous week on Tuesday, I've been calling to make sure to stay on top of them, over the phone; I'm told "everything is all set", I come in person, the receptionists are all bewildered and confused like I grew 5 heads. Literally, 3 HOURS LATER, I STILL HAVE NO DOCUMENTS!! I unfortunately had other necessities to tend to, as I did not think that a piece of paper (that the receptionist filled out) and all she had to do was get the doc to review and sign it, but I'm told to wait for multiple patients to be seen?? I understand I didn't have an appt, but I when I DID have an appt and gave the paperwork, it should've been completed THAT DAY!!! Instead I was told they would contact me when it was completed, which they NEVER INTENDED TO! Now there's a possibility I'm gonna be assed out and have to repeat my entire process again. For sure switching providers, it was only convenient cause they are a 10 min walk from my home. But I'm fed up, been fed up actually. You always have to plan your entire day around coming here. I walk in, it's never crowded and I'm usually seen right away. I'm always treated by the doctor's with real care and concern for my symptoms. Today, I was in pain from head to toe. I needed official doctor's lines filled out for work and a pain injection. My specific pain injection type was available. The doctor was gentle with the jab and he filled out my forms. Please note that this facility often has the official doctor's lines for MTA employees if you forget to bring your own. This is a good place. Grateful to have it in my neighborhood.

The staff were friendly and it was a very short wait. I saw a Physician's Assistant and didn't have any complaints. Was in and out in about 40 mins. They did a rapid flu and rapid covid test on me right then and there. Only thing I didn't enjoy & never will is checking in on an iPad. So germy but I guess it's the best method for the times we are in!
