Poor to the visit he was at a low and did not engage. This picture was taken post visit . We were both relieved after been seen by yall!

To the team, thank you for your service. I appreciate the welcome as and positive experience overall. Cosmo has unfortunately passed. But am grateful y'all took care for him and gave him a little more Time with the family. . Although I was seen in a few days of calling. Scheduling system needs improvement.

We see Dr Bill , his wife and other drs monthly . Our Hunter her ear infection all the time. He gets his monthly ear cleaning and drops and he is fine. He swallowed something and he had to stay 3 days in hospital until it passed . The ladies at front are so friendly. Been coming here about 30 years . They also own a pet hotel Their daughter joined the practice so 3 generations will have run this place. Get there early or have appointment as many people feel this way. We drive from south oc to come see them The also are surgeons. Prices are very fair. I highly recommend them

Our cat started acting odd and I was able to get a same day appointment after calling several spots. Dr.Chan and her team were great and explained everything. While waiting for her blood work, they sent us home with some food for her and gave her some fluids. We brought her back the next day and Dr.Chan was extremely gentle and kind in delivering us the news every pet owner doesn't want to hear. She gave us all of our options and was respectful of our choice. The whole staff was super sweet and we really appreciated everyone.

I wanted to give this place a try since it was nearby and they accept walk-ins EXCEPT YOU WAIT FOR LONG HOURS. I understand it gets very busy but they said I can come early and wait in line to sign in. The actual process is to come in as early as 7am, wait in a long line to just check in at 8am to see if they have an available spot for you, then you write your phone number and wait for them to call you. IF they call you, you're going to show up and have to wait a few more hours before you're seen. I waited from 8am - 1pm and at the end still didn't get seen. I was most annoyed that they called at 11am to come in since there was a spot, but I ended up waiting at least almost 2 more hours before I gave up and left. I was trying to be very patient but this wait time was pretty ridiculous.

I came on the recommendation of several people. I will say that I was skeptical. Nonetheless I marched forward. Brought my pup. I did have to wait 2 hours. And the 2nd time I waited 3 hours. Now you think 2? 3? Hours? Yes. And you guessed it. Well worth the wait! I would wait again! The staff is amazing. They knew my pup by name on the 2nd visit! I was so shocked! They genuinely cared when they asked how he was doing and wanting to know updates. Cost? Cheap! Well to me, it was. I had taken my pup to another vet who charged 3 times the amount even for meds. So I was super happy to come here and pay way less. The doc is amazing. Even though they were stupid busy, he still answered all my questions and never rushed me. He wad super patient and heard out all my concerns. Do I recommend them? Yes! Highly! My pup gives them 2 paws up! I them 2 paws up too! Gordon Ramsay? Too busy eating pizza at Costco across the street!

As of now, because I drove here from another city, I'm staying to sign my dogs in. The website said they were open at 7am am I arrived at 7:15am to only be told they do not take sign-ins until 8am. Only surgery drop off are from 7-8am. It never stated that on the yelp site. They made me wait outside. Of all days it's cold and rainy! Will update after I'm out of here.

They have the BEST price for FAVN rabies testing. If you need to get this test done, look no further. The only caveat is they see patients on a walk-in basis, so be prepared to wait. Aside from that, staff is wonderful (look at how my dog lovingly looks at the vet), lots of parking, and a nice big patch of green in front of the pet hotel!

My beautiful girl... they were so compassionate with you till the very end.

The day after Christmas I made the hardest decision I had to make it a long time. It was time to let my girl go. Thank you to the amazing staff that got us in quickly to help me. They helped me wheel my girl in a gurney to the office. The entire team was so gentle with her. My girl and I were regulars sadly so they knew her well. Thank you Julia and Amanda for coming to say goodbye to my girl. I believe Dr. Grant saw us but I'll be honest my mind was all over the place so it might not have been him. He was so gentle with her before leaving I shook his hand. I know it's against covid rules but I had to thank him for helping me through this. He gave my hand a squeeze and hugged me. Again he didn't need to do that but with no hesitation he did. The level of support I got through this difficult time was indescribable. I know sometimes the wait times are long to get to see the team there but it was worth it every time. The entire team has always been amazing I'm blessed they helped me keep my girl in my life as long as I did. Thank you Community Veterinary Hospital team words can't express how thankful my family and I are to you.

We were incredibly worried and scared about him, and it was such an emotional and overwhelming time for us. From the moment we met Dr. Eskander, she was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also so compassionate, patient, and genuinely caring. She treated Appa with so much kindness and love, and she made us feel like we were not alone through such a difficult experience. What really touched our hearts was how much she cared about us too. She took the time to answer our questions, listen to our concerns, and reassure us when we were scared. She helped calm both me and my husband when we needed it most. And then, even after Appa's visit, Dr. Eskander followed up with us to make sure he was okay. That meant more to us than she probably realizes. It showed us that Appa wasn't just another patient to her. She truly cared about how he was doing. As pet parents, all we want is someone who will care for our babies as much as we do, and Dr. Eskander gave us exactly that. We will forever be grateful for the compassion, kindness, and care she showed our boy. Thank you, Dr. Eskander, for taking such wonderful care of Appa and for giving two very worried pet parents some much-needed comfort during a very difficult time. We will never forget your kindness. If you are looking for a veterinarian who genuinely cares about both your pet and your family, we cannot recommend Dr. Eskander enough.

Sending your baby somewhere is a very important decision, as most pet owners understand the feeling. Everyone here (receptionists, staff, doctors, EVERYONE) was all soo kind, helpful, and patient during hard times. I won't go into too much detail, but they were so caring where they could be to make a super hard loss a little more bearable. In hard times, that's all you can really ask for. Long story short; I got a kitten from an adoption center with ongoing problems that unfortunately were too much for his little body to handle. Everyone here answered all my calls with attention, gave me the most information to the best of their knowledge, and wrote me a card when my kitten unfortunately didn't make it (he had intestinal intussusception in 3 different spots & was not in a well enough condition to make it through surgery) I will be taking all of my future pets here given how they handled everything. I think the way vets handle a less than favorable situation speaks much louder than when everything is going well. Thank you again to everyone who works at boulevard animal hospital. I've had my cat for over 13.5 years so I really struggled with this decision.. thanks to the staff and especially MONA.. she truly reminded me that I was doing the best I could and not to blame myself. Around our house, he's simply known as The Cat Whisperer. Somehow he has this magical "Dr. Ash method" that can calm even my most nervous, difficult cats. Cats that normally hide, hiss, or make everyone work for it seem to trust him. I still haven't figured out his secret! What really sets Dr. Ash apart is the time he gives every patient and every pet parent. He never makes you feel rushed. He explains blood work and treatment options in incredible detail, answers every question, and has even called me in the evening to personally discuss test results. That level of care and dedication is almost unheard of. I also want to recognize his amazing staff. Raquel, Andrea, and everyone at the clinic are always so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. Whether they're drawing blood, collecting urine samples, trimming nails, or giving one of my cats a sanitary trim, they handle each cat with such compassion and professionalism. You can tell they truly love what they do. I've trusted Dr. Ash and his team with my cats for many years, and I wouldn't trust anyone more. They treat every one of my cats as if they were their own, and that means the world to me. And here's the highest compliment I can give him: if Dr. Ash ever moved to Timbuktu... I'd be pricing moving trucks the same day. That's how much I trust him. Thank you, Dr. Ash, Raquel, Andrea, and the entire team for the exceptional care you've given my furry family over the years. I took my…read moreShiba pup to this vet about 11 years ago, and then switched vets because I moved further away. In June 2026, I was frantically calling vet offices after receiving an unforeseen and distressing diagnosis for my (then-senior) Shiba at the emergency VCA in Fountain Valley. The receptionist was very attentive and nice, and was able to get us seen straight away in the morning when they opened. Aside from the really great customer/patient service, the lobby was small, but very clean. The atmosphere isn't dreary, which I really appreciated at the time. We were seen by Dr. Acevedo, who was very professional and warm. I explained what was happening to my 11.5 year old boy--he was diagnosed with pericardial effusion, cardiac tamponade with ascites--and she explained very thoroughly what they were going to do that day. I did have to drop him off for most of the day and pick him up at the end of it, which I didn't love, but I understand it's because I was basically a very last-minute appointment, and the procedure they were going to do was a drain plus radiographs along with other tests. Unfortunately, as his symptoms progressed aggressively and Dr. Acevedo had results to talk about with me, she let me know over the phone that the prognosis was not good. I then went in, where she showed me the radiographs and gave me a detailed explanation of what she was seeing, and even compared my dog's x-ray to a healthy dog's x-ray to help me understand better what was happening. Dr. Acevedo was very sincere, she told me she's seen this several times before, and the outlook based on what she saw would mean my boy would be in a constant state of recovery. Eventually, I made the very painful decision to lay him to rest with an at-home service with a different practice the next week. Overall, Dr. Acevedo was incredible. Because his decline was so rapid, I was constantly blowing up the phone at her office asking about everything ranging from treatments, to what I should look out for so that I don't wait too long to lay him to rest. Every time, she was very informative and tried to help me with what I was going through with my best friend. Thank you to everyone at Lincoln Animal Hospital.
