Secondly, upon arriving, you will immediately see outside an abundance of paper taped to the door regarding there business hours, blood work, and worse inside. Papers everywhere. No real structure in social distancing. No hand sanitizer visible. Worse part : I'm there for bloodwork. I'm instructed to go the bathroom that is right next to the lobby which I just walked in through. In the bathroom there is bathroom tissue everywhere and a roll just laying haphazardly on the toilet seat. I handle my business in peeing in the cup. What do you know, no towers, no hand sanitizer, and no air dryer. Thankfully there was a half filled soft soap dispenser. Considering this is a clinic where blood is being drawn, I expected a much more hygienic environment. The one staffer was nice, but overall this experience has made me feel concerned on the health standards of a place that should be exemplary and an example..... but it's far from it.

The urine sample collection was a joke. They have a bathroom for urine sample collection but they won't let any of the patient use it. So they directed everyone to the public bathroom across the hall. Which means that I can give the cup to anyone and collect someone else's urine and no one would know. There's no legal collection protocol in place. There's no bag to put your cup in. The whole place is disgusting, urine, blood is not sanitized at all. She probably really hated this job because she was so rude so impolite and when she talks to you she sounded like you are stupid or low life. This is very unpleasant.
