When we arrived, a Hispanic female employee was sitting in the corner near the front counter, using her phone instead of assisting patients. I said "hello?" before she finally came over to help us. We needed to complete a stool test today. She asked whether we wanted to take the test home or complete it there. We told her we were ready to do it today. She then gave us a urine cup with the lab order inside the specimen bag. I asked where the stick was to transfer the stool into the container. She told me they didn't have any sticks and suggested that we use our hands. I was shocked. She then gave us a pair of gloves instead. I told her there was no way a large laboratory company like Sun Lab should be out of such basic specimen-collection supplies. She eventually went to the back and came out with two sticks, saying, "I found these for you." After my boyfriend went to the restroom to complete the stool test, she went right back to sitting in the corner using her phone until the location closed at 12 PM. I am raising this concern with the manager because this was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. If management sees this review, I strongly encourage you to review the security camera footage from today, August 8, 2026, around 11:15 AM to verify what happened. There were also two other Asian employees working at the location. They were standing and actively working, while this Hispanic employee was sitting in the air conditioning and using her phone. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue appropriately.

I checked in at the self serve kiosk at 10 and there was an option to get text messages if you don't want to wait inside which I opted for. I stepped outside to wait in my car and two mins later I got a text saying "Please enter our service center and have a seat, you will be called soon. No need to check in again when you get inside." Omg I thought it was just it acknowledging that I had checked in so I didn't go inside. I kept checking my phone for another text and by 10:30 I was like maybeeeee that was theee text? I stepped inside and sure enough, it was. I didn't realize it until the tech who drew my blood had said it was sent out at 10:02 and tbh I was so embarrassed that I thought it wasn't the right text that I played it off like it didn't go through. 0: I know I'm terrible but I just want to give this place the kudos it deserves! Tanisha was my tech and she was so friendly and efficient. I was in and out so quickly! My experience with quest in the past wasn't the greatest but I can tell she cares about the people she sees and I was very grateful to have had her encounter. Def recommend this location!

He asked if I had the paperwork. He had already made a copy of the order, so I thought that was odd. I ran back home and picked up the paperwork. The facility closed at 2:00, so when I walked back into the facility, it was 2:00. I made the comment that I was glad that I made it on time. The phlebotomist said, "Well, you showed me one of your breasts, so I waited for you. I was so shocked that I didn't know what to say. I had an appointment with a gastrointestinal doctor the following week. He looked up the results of the 2 stool samples. He stated they weren't there. I went back to Labcorp, and the lady at the front desk had no idea. She told me to call the corporate office. That was a joke. I called, and the customer service rep had no idea where they were. She actually told me to come back in and redo the tests. I told her that the tests had to be done at home. Really?? I made 4 phone calls to Labcorp and finally spoke to an actual person. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He left me on hold for a long time, then finally took the information. A supervisor did call me back, and I explained the problems. He told me that it was probably lost. How would it get lost since I gave it to the phlebotomist? The supervisor told me that he would call me back. He never did. Is this the way for a facility yo operate? I would never go back there. The phlebotomist was unprofessional, and they lost 2 of my tests. Those tests were very important.

Most other labs said I needed a dr referral but the owner IS the referral so it made that much easier. He responded fast, and was able to get me in the next day no problem, I was in and out in 10-15min. He offers an instant result there or he can have the lab test it and results are expected back in roughly 3 days. He let me know as soon as the results were in and made the entire process super easy. First poke on the left arm the nurse was not successful she poke my either tendon or muscle because there was no blood coming out. Second poke you can see my big bruise arm, she use the fine needle but she was not careful so one point the needle was 90 degrees which it cause the bruise. Sadly this is the closest lab my insurance would take and other than that make appointment beat the waiting in line. The wait room is filled with patients it's crazy.
