There's no Toilet Seat on the toilet! Not in handicap code. Dangerous for people that have poor coordination and balance because you can't sit on the toilet to complete the UA (urinalysis sample). There's a sign that says, Do not poop here. Are people in this area that rude they soil toilet seats that they have to remove toilet seats now?!? Unless you are a male or with good balance and coordination the bathroom is not safe. The Sun Lab upper management aloof to not know this or I'm beginning to believe they don't care. Because this Sun Lab isn't the only one with an unprofessional scuffed up waiting room (needs a paint job), seats are dirty, restrooms are all stressful- either not allowed to use or no seat. Customer service is not priority. Reflects the upper management attitude towards their employees (poor phlebotomists) and customers. Why? City of Industry is good! Hacienda Hts is ok. But the restroom in the office is closed. Need to go to the hallway bathroom but the building management does not put hand soap and paper towels. read more

I personally had no problem coming here to do my blood work as other reviewers seemed to have issues. It was busy when I got there but they have numbers to grab then they call you up when they're ready, have copay, ID & medical insurance ready. The nurse who took my blood was super sweet and nice which is why I'm writing this review and she reassured me it was a baby needle lol. She found the vein easily in one try and left no bruise as I've had it happen before with less experienced places. Everything went quickly even if they were busy- I'd visit again if blood work is needed. read more

Bad and dirty! There were two females work at the lab. They both act unprofessional with bad attitude towardsthei customers. They wear gloves but never change them.Using the same gloves to collect blood samples from different patients. While only one customer waited for her turn,the person was chatting with her friend on her cellphone left the customer kept waiting. read more

This is a new location and the service was okay. It took me roughly 10 minutes to see someone to draw my blood. I don't recall even making a fist and four vials were drawn. Make sure you have your ID, insurance card and copay ready. The place has a fresh coat of paint and clean. Ample parking and new signage outside so it's easy to find. read more

Do not go to this location:19059 Colima Rd, Rowland Heights!!! I arrived there about 12:05pm on 8/11/2023. Sherry, who is a front desk told me that "they got off already". They even have a sign posted on their window shows "Lunch time: 12:30 to 1:30, and 12:15pm is the last walking". I called them yesterday because I do not want to have this kind of problem, but no one picked up the phone, so I called EL Monte location, and someone confirmed to me that the 19059 R.H. location will open until 12:30pm tomorrow. Most people need the blood test by fasting at least 8 hours.... The result you can see what I got; they even do not care you cannot complete the blood draw after No drink/No food for at least 8 hours. Because I called the EL Monte location again and LeHa told me to go to another location today or go back to 19059 R.H. location next week, that means that I must fast again. Their service and procedure are bad, so terrible. read more

BE AWARE...I obtained a radial nerve injury after having my blood drawn here. There are inherent risks to any medical procedure including venupuncture, however, as a phlebotomist this is your professional specialty and must practice by standard of care to reduce chance for (nerve) injury. This business will be reported for there safety practices. The manner in which the phlebotomist drew my blood was aggressive and careless, she did not give any warning after placing the tourniquet and went into my antecubital fossa at a sharp and deep angle. I immediately felt sensations that ran down my arm and into my wrist and hand. She went too far and there was no blood return, so she had to withdraw and pull back the needle approximately 1cm before getting blood return. This means she went through and through the vein, or too deep, causing her to hit my radial nerve. I am myself a medical provider, and I made her aware that this is improper approach to accessing peripheral veins and that she should not blindly poke as deep, hard, and fast as she did. I have had venupuncture prior where I felt a slight tingle, or brief period of nerve discomfort, however this electrical pain continued to hurt, and she did not acknowledge my pain, she told me it was normal. She continued to draw blood as if nothing was happening, and I was clearly in a lot of discomfort and trying to hold my arm still as the electrical pain continued to shoot down my arm and into my thumb. For being a place where your only job is venupuncture, I don't care how rude or long the intake process is, but the skill-set should never be compromised due to carelessness and feeling rushed. It has been 2 weeks and I still have residual nerve pain, my PCP says it could take up to 6 weeks to normalize. Thanks....will not be returning here if they remain open. read more

They are still using the grab a number system. The papers with the numbers on them are by the front desk. They are still busy as heck and still short staffed. The blood drawing ladies are still skilled and getting my blood drawn is painless, but be prepared to wait for 1 to 2 hours. Today they even had people from yesterday come in. They close at 12pm for lunch and then open up again after an hour. I arrived at 8:45AM and there were already 20 people in front of me. They open at 8:30AM. read more

Place looks dirty. Lady couldn't find a vein so I was repeatedly poked. The worse was when the needle was in my arm and she's wiggling it around. There isn't any issues getting blood at my doctors office so I'm not sure what her problem was. They don't answer the phone so you can't make appointments. We stood at the counter to hand in the documents and they did not look at us a single time, but continued to complain amongst them about another patient in Chinese (which sounded like pretty personal information as well). Once they finally acknowledged we were there, they took the documents and responded very rudely each time (STILL complaining about some previous patient). The blood test was even worse, repeatedly raising her voice at me for being nervous and voicing my fears. Mind you, I am a literal CHILD she is yelling at for being nervous. According to my parent, as I was looking away, she moved the needle around quite a bit when drawing blood and it resulted in a lot of blood and bruising after. Even now I still can't extend my arm and I get short waves of dull pain throughout my arm. read more

The worst customers service in the world. Only one worker name Cherry working there that only speak a little English and keeps on speaking Chinese to me. I went there at about 2:30pm. There are 3 customers in front of me. Wait for 30 minutes, my son need to used the restroom and she just rushing and gave me one of urinal container with a pen so I can write his name. Later on she can't find the information of my kids. I told her we come here all the times. All she said is I don't know. I ask her more questions and tell here that situation happened before and the other workers take care the problem. All Cherry did is said I don't know and ignore me. All waiting for more than an hour, I didn't get any blood test done for my kids and mom. Cherry is the worst worker I ever in counter in Sun Lab. She should not works by herself and need to go back to more customers service training and know more English cause she have no customers service at all with super bad attitude.
