Yesterday I took my daughter's Iphone to change the back. I dropped it off around 1 pm. I was told it would be ready within two hours. I went back to pick up around 4:15 pm (which is an hour and 15 minutes later then they told me). I was told to give them 20 more minutes. So I went home. Now its 5:10 pm and again I was told come back in 20 Minutes. I was so mad I ask to speak to the manager. He told me he was the manager which was a lie. I told him he has poor customer service skills.He just looked at me and said "well this work is not easy". I might finish it today and I can come pick it up when they open in the morning. And I walked out. At 6:11 pm the guy called me and told me the phone was ready. So I went to pick the phone up. And the price on my invoice was different from what was on his paper. He added an extra $10. After all that, I found out the volume button was not working. So I had to take it back so they can fix the problem in the morning. I would never go back to this place for any service. read more

Ilan and Jose at Comp R Us are wizards. They did a great job with my PC by returning it to an operating machine again after I wiped out the OS by mistake. Luckily all my files were backed up into a Windows(old) folder that saved my files. They were able to restore the files and re-install a fresh copy of Windows 7 onto the hard drive to get it going again. Actually they fixed 2 of my PCs because the other one had a faulty graphics card. They did a diagnostic on that one and found out the graphics card was faulty. After I had the work completed they even adjusted some settings for me remotely. I had some difficulties getting acquainted with the new machine and they were able to remotely log-in to my computer and fix the problem for me. Great service, great company. I had a year old custom built gaming PC that wouldn't boot. Hoping it wasn't the 850W power supply I went to Google for solutions and opened up the case to start troubleshooting. Then I realized the last time I replaced a power supply was on a unit that ran Windows 3.0 circa 1993? Called Ilan and Jose and the message was "sure, you might save a few bucks and get lucky, but then again, you might cause further issues, we're here to help if you need us". Common sense kicked in on my end and the end result was a two day turn-around, they repaired (not replaced -saving me time and money) a broken switch, cleaned out the tower, optimized the BIOS, gave me some good advice, and scolded me for not using an anti-virus. Great bunch of guys. They replaced my damage screen, changed the dual fans in my laptop, setup an external backup I had and offered a monthly program with antivirus Cloud based and system automatic software update for a good and reasonable monthly rate.
