Do you ever take a bite of food and shake your head in incredulity that something could taste so darn good? That is what I experienced at my first visit to Company Supply. I ordered a dish I never normally would try based on the recommendation of the server (who is normally the host). Suffice it to say, the pork and crawfish grillades on garlic mashed potatoes were flavorful and succulent. Tried a bite of my friend's pork chop and that two was tremendous. Great restaurant with a menu that gives you options. I had the pulled chicken with fried spinach and cheese grits. Chicken was a little dry but flavorful. My companion had the steak and it was good. Stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon. For my drink I asked for an Arnold Palmer. When the drink came I asked why the drink was pink and the waitress said it was because of the pink lemonade. Who the hell puts in pink lemonade into an Arnold Palmer? Our charbroiled oysters came out and we sat around waiting for utensils. I had to go to the back to ask for utensils. Two of the people in my party wanted to share a gumbo and the waitress had asked if they wanted it split. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Another member of the party also ordered the gumbo bowl. Well the bowl that was split didn't come with any garlic bread but the single one came with two. When I complained they brought the bread and said the cooks are new and they didn't know better. This is what one of the staff said. So while everyone in my party got their food, I sat waiting for my chicken and waffles. After about ten minutes I told someone that I didn't get my entree and so they brought me my plate. First off, the plate wasn't even hot. Nothing on the plate was hot. They gave me one piece of non crispy chicken and what looked like an eggo waffle. I've no idea the other crap that was on my plate either. It was like a mash of old waffle fries pieces greased up together to make a mound. Gross. Never coming back here again. Food is meh. Service is pretty crappy as well. read more

Found this place on Yelp when in the area for work. I had the Crawfish Boudin Balls appetizer and Shrimp & Grits entree. The Boudin Balls were some of the best I've had. Shrimp & Grits proportions were just right. Taste was pretty good. (I've had better) Bread was toasted a little dark for my taste and presentation had it soggy from the sauce. Overall a top choice in the area and will likely return next time I'm in town to try some other items. read more

So a true mixed bag of issues here. For starters I was a guest for a business luncheon and the hosts highly recommended it. The reviews looked great as well. Couldn't wait to have lunch here! The atmosphere is perfect and the service was friendly although it took a very long time for the meals to come out. I saw several dishes presented at other tables that looked great! My companions salads hit the table and looked great as well. All good so far! And then my bowl of gumbo arrived. I am not a Cajun food snob although I have been to NOLA at least a dozen times. The chicken and "sausage" gumbo was watery and pale brown in color. No color at all. No celery, no okra, no bell pepper. Just brown liquid, pulled chicken , and one (1) sliver of sausage positioned in exact center of bowl like some sort of monument. Moving on, the first bite was lukewarm at best. No heat coming off of it at all. Had obviously been sitting for a long time waiting on the salads to be prepared. Flavor? None. Zip. Zilch. Nada. I hit it hard with salt, pepper, and hot sauce (all 3 of which had to be requested). Even the hot sauce was lame! Not spicy at all. I believe it was labeled as "crystals." So, i chalk it up to the fact that I simply ordered the wrong item. Just curious how this has remained on the menu. We stared with house salad, sweet fry nachos and bacon, cup of red beans and rice and spinach and artichoke dip, they were all really good.. the nachos were super messy and a little overdone! Hands down the best meal in a small town. We stopped here when traveling home from Savannah. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with a modern vibe. Table service is what you would expect from a white linen restaurant in a city. This was the second visit for my dining companion, but my first visit. We ordered the Rotisserie Chicken with the apple butter and chimchurri sauces. Both were excellent but it should be noted you don't need sauce for the chicken is seasoned perfectly. This is an upscale new Southern restaurant in Dublin and certainly seems to fill a need for such a restaurant in this town. The former industrial space they've renovated is spacious yet inviting with its warm tones and coy yet appropriate remodeling. Perhaps most importantly, they've managed to keep it feeling upscale while also not stuffy and you're just as at home here in hunting camo or wearing Converse as you'd be in a three-piece suit straight from the courthouse. And you'll see local hunters and local lawyers both at tables at lunch, too. I stopped in for lunch on a very cold, rain-soaked, day in November while driving to Atlanta for a conference. The waitstaff was nice enough but not all that friendly: more like dutiful, I suppose. I orders the shrimp étouffée and found it passable but as it's a dish I make a lot myself, I had a few minor issues with it. For one, its flavor was simply not robust enough and tasted as if cooked in a hurry which cannot be done with this dish. Also, the portions are rather slight. I also had their Bourbon pecan pie for dessert and found it very good--dense, rich, and just enough Bourbon flavor--however it would have done even better with a lighter crust and maybe more use of pecan for the top layer. It was nearly torte-like, honestly. Yet still, it tasted very good. In Savannah or certainly Atlanta, I would be less impressed but for Dublin I think this is a great addition to the local restaurant scene and the food is certainly attractive and interesting. A few things could indeed be improved upon but they're off to a good start regardless. read more

Company Supply is a must stop for me if I'm ever in Dublin. This time we had to make a stop here for dinner on our way up to ATL and it was so worth the trip. This place is super cool and is so much bigger than it seems, size wise and taste wise! They have tons of seating but if you're coming on a weekend night make sure you call ahead and make reservations, even days ahead of you know you're coming. Food here is amazing. I haven't tried one thing yet that I could complain about or improve so feel free to splurge. I will say they are known for their rotisserie style chicken and they know how to make it! Try that with their sweet chili sauce and you won't regret it at all. I always start with their pimento cheese plate when I go but their sweet potato nacho fries labeled "Sweet Fry" is my next go too! Feel free to try out their sandwiches also, we got the Fifty50 burger and the chipotle chicken sandwich and they were incredible. Fifty50 burger had great toppings with a wonderful raspberry preserve which was odd but it paired very will to it. Make sure you finish off with a sweet treat! This place has some of the best Peach Cobbler around so that one is a must. Service here is also remarkable. I've never gone without or wondered where my server was while here. They take care of you, help out in any way possible and do their all to assist you the best they can! My small children and I really enjoyed our scrumptious , Southern and modern style dinner at the shady outdoor tables. Everybody was incredibly friendly, polite and helpful with the kids. The manager checked on us twice, our waitress was great, and the food was spectacular! They had everything that we love. I grew up on a small farm in Georgia but my mom is from Thailand. I also spent a bit of time in New York City and upstate New York, so I love culturally diverse food but my heart is still in the south. They had plenty of down home southern options with perfect southern flavors, plus some Louisiana style food, and a smattering of Asian influence. There were plenty of kid friendly choices, and lots of food that didn't bother my crustacean allergies. The staff was even kid savvy enough to bring the kids drinks in plastic cups with lids on them and straws while I got a regular adult cup for my water. We mostly purchase organic foods in our household or food from local farms, so it was a pleasure to find a small restaurant in a small town that also lives and cooks by the same farmer friendly ethos. This small restaurant supports farm families by encouraging fair trade and living wages, and for that they deserve lots of good patrons. The peach cobbler was perfect, like something grandma would make with real butter, lots of real vanilla, quality flour, and peaches that were still hard in the middle and soft on the outside. Hot and piping out of the oven, perfectly paired with natural vanilla ice cream with vanilla bean specks. All of the greens like green beans, lettuce in the salad and the mint were fresh and crispy. Catfish and oysters had a wonderful flavor, sauces were perfect, and they had normal ketchup for the kids, thank goodness. We got takeout for another appreciative family member, which was well timed and bagged, ready for us to depart with it. The courtyard behind the restaurant store fronts became a highlight of evening with the kids splashing in the waterfalls, playing with the rocks and sniffing the huge rosemary plants along the meandering walkways that lead from one hanging swing to another. Lots of people were enjoying the swings, outdoor seating, eating tables and brick pathways. The landscaped courtyard was color coordinated with the surrounding old, historical and preserved brick buildings in reddish and orange hues reminiscent of the Georgia clay from whence the 100 plus year old bricks were formed. We descended the hill to the public parking lot which was obviously strategically environmentally planned, forward thinking, global climate change minded, progressive, and designed to collect surface lot rainwater into a natural water retention, filtration and holding area cleverly integrated with a cross shaped boardwalk. I know this is not affiliated with the restaurant on this Yelp post, but I just want to suggest that one way to improve this area would be to get rid of the asphalt and replace it with compacted, upcycled aggregate for drainage, and of course to use local live oak samplings as shade trees. I don't recall ever having been to Dublin before, but we had to drive 84 miles from our home to get to a specific lawnmower repair shop that could repair our brand new $5000 electric, zero turn lawnmower which has an electrical charging port issue. After leaving the mower at the shop I hopped on the Yelp app hoping to find exactly a place like Company Supply. I had even looked at the app the day before hoping there would be something progressive, with local farm food, something hip but still southern and down to earth, and I cannot even believe that we were so lucky to find this excellent restaurant! My favorite thing about traveling is finding great restaurants with something new, but still familiar and tasty. I am now looking forward to coming back to pick up the mower and to eat here again. The prices were definitely reasonable, possibly even underpriced for the quality of the food when you get down to calculating the time, effort and expense of preparing excellent, home style food. This is my favorite place to eat. That being said, I've never been as disappointed by CoSup as I was tonight. We've had a reservation for 20 for over three weeks. 10 minutes before we showed up, I was called to be informed that they were essentially out of half of their menu. I realize that things happen and crowds can be underestimated. All that being said, they knew after lunch that they were out of everything but waited to let us know until there was no logistically possible options to move the party. While I'll probably eat here as I have in the past, I doubt I'll plan a party here again and that's a pity. I've included the list in the photos. Waitstaff was great as always. read more

A delightful find about an hour from home in Dublin, Company Supply is a relative new addition to downtown Dublin, GA. The extensive menu contains something for every pallet, but I was attracted to the Cajun dishes, as those are difficult to find in my neck of the woods. The Crawfish Étouffée was very good and made me want to come back and try other listing on the menu. I'm definitely going to bring some friends next time. Stopped in today on our way to Savannah and Tybee Island and WOW! Best beans and rice I've ever had outside of my mom and grandma's kitchen! The food was absolutely delicious in every way and my husband is and extremely picky eater so I was a little nervous at first. Beans and rice, crawfish boudin balls (TO DIE FOR!!!), tomato/cucumber salad, dirty rice, and black bean cake were all divine. The Mac and cheese was delicious and had a smoked Gouda flavor in the back ground but I would have preferred a different noodle. Highly recommend and will definitely eat here again. read more

Food was expensive for the small portions. The gumbo we got lacked flavor and was served cold . The chicken and waffles was the biggest disappointment. I cannot believe my husband was served a single piece of chicken and a frozen waffle for over 13$. We enjoyed the fried green tomatoes, but again we were served 4 thin pieces of tomato for 11$ . My Po Boy was the best dish but was also served lukewarm. I can't express how happy I was to see a new restaurant opening up! Dublin needs more local cuisine spots that aren't Mexican, so this is a refreshing little gem! My husband and I have been here twice now and it won't be our last! (Update, look at my check ins) The best way to describe the food is Southern meets Cajun. They offer an array of Southern dishes such as Fried Chicken and Waffles but also offer Boudin, Gumbo and Po Boys. This a 5 star restaurant with an upscale casual feel. You can come here dressed up for dressy date night, or drop in with your flip flops and jeans. I cannot get over the fried chicken! You can tell it's freshly hand battered and fried because the fried bits fall away from the chicken when you cut into it. My mouth is watering thinking about it! I also have to brag on the sweet potato fries. I do not like sweet potatoes, but these are out of this world. They're not overly sweet and perfectly fried so you have that little bit of crunch when you bite in. The bourbon pecan pie with vanilla ice cream is another winner if you have room for it. Once again, I don't like pecan pie, but my husband does and lets just say I pretty much took over the plate. Oops. We've also had the fire roasted pork chop, mashed potatoes, corn and feta salad, and a chicken sandwich they ran a special on one night. I always like to try out specials since you can't always order them and you can always try what's on the menu another time. Bathrooms are clean and stocked and actually smell good, not like a bleached or Cloroxed bathroom. Service is on par. They're attentive without being overbearing. The manager of the night came over to ask us how everything was and I loved that simple gesture! So many places don't go that extra step, but Company Supply did! Thank y'all! Stumbled upon a good thing in an unexpected place. Was driving from Hilton Head SC back to Albany GA looking for a good meal and found one. The corn chowder with roasted chicken was freshly prepared and attractively plated and tasty. I also had a small order of red beans and rice which was also delicious. The crowning moment though was the bananas foster. Knock your socks off! Ample portion of bananas, well balanced with enough ice cream and sauce with toasted almonds as a surprisingly capable replacement for pecans. Only thing I would have added would maybe be a sprig of mint to make it more attractive. Will definitely return. read more

A group of 7 of us visited this restaurant tonight. Very unexpected find. The food was delicious. We had the big bowl of nacho as an appetizer. We tried the charcoal oysters which were a big hit. Nachos were full of toppings and great flavor. I had the fillet with mashed sweet potatoes. It was very delicious. The fillet was juicy. Also, I had the mc n cheese. What a surprise! I had the fortunate occasion to pick your restaurant yesterday on Thursday for a business meeting in which both parties have drove 2 1/2 hours to get to Dublin as a midpoint. First of all, the food was extraordinary and very authentic Cajun. I was jealous because one of the parties had a ribeye with shrimp on top of it and I hadn't selected that I went straight for the Cajun which I really. The bartender was our server because we selected a booth in that area which is a little bit more quiet for a business meeting.
