Both Mike and Shane were on time every day, kept us informed about the process, supplied us with space heaters for the first night without a furnace, and went the distance rounding up their plumber Aaron to get the hot water heater installed the first day. Mike made sure we understood the programmable thermostat before he left on Friday which was timely as the temps plummeted that night and into the weekend.
