I forgot how hot salami might be better than pepperoni. I forgot that arugula salad with balsamic glaze goes so well with red sauce pizza. Pro tip? Luccellino has a similar moto, everything is fresh and the topping structures are simple yet well balanced. This place is a definite finalist in my category of "superb pizza, delicious salads, white table clothes, intimate pre movie chats and great wine". This probably explains why the place was full of 'girls night out' tables of four when I ventured past. This would also have to be one of the cheaper restaurants (it's not a cafe) in Yarraville. My friends pizza was the same and just a soggy mess when trying to eat it and the eggplant was string and undercooked and he was also similarly disappointed. The past dishes we got were also a disappointment as they were almost cold and the sauces were lacking flavor and richness that you would expect from the reviews.
