The two of them make a great team. It's obvious from their introduction that they love sharing their passion of sailing with others. Before we even got to the dock I was in contact with Josh on the phone and email. He responded quickly and was happy to offer some amenities. Josh offered me a few pick up locations and offered to drop us at our hotel marina. Once on the boat we covered a quick but thorough safety brief. We toured the river before entering the bay. Carmelita and Josh made suggestions for restaurants and other activities on Solomons and pointed them out as we passed them. Our tour took us around Solomons Island and under the bridge at sunset. Carmelita took pictures of us the whole time and shared them with us after the tour. It was great talking with them about how they got into sailing and how they learned their craft. The boat was clean and appeared to be sound. On the way back lighting storms were surrounding us. The light show was really cool to watch. The storm was about 30 miles so there was no danger and we felt safe the Josh and Carmelita were keeping an eye on the weather. I would definitely recommend their tour or charter service. They were great hosts and provide a memorable experience. You should book your tour now.

We always book online and there's never any trouble. If you have never been parking can be a tiny bit confusing just know that it is behind a hotel once you are there you just line up and wait to board the boat. The captain is always nice. The mates are always nice and helpful. Bring cash to tip them they deserve it. I've also Cash App a tip. The crowd is always nice helpful friendly respectful we have never had a problem. You will always come home with fish if the fish are not biting the captain will move around until he finds a place where they are biting. Of course some days are better than others, but it is still a great experience . We will continue to go every year.

I found out that the trip had been canceled ONLY because I reached out to the owner to confirm, since the deposit and contract was made months before, 3 days before the contractional date. Just to be texted that all scheduled trips will have to be done on a later date. No contingency plan or future discounted trip for the extreme inconvenience. A big fat NOTHING.... The Fallen Outdoors Team Virginia scheduled a charter for 8 military veterans. Captain Billy and…read morehis Deck Hand Tommy are a top-notch crew. They shuttled us into the Chesapeake Bay and got us on fish very quickly. Each veteran took turns reeling in Bluefish and Spanish Mackerel. We could not have asked for better weather or seas. The fishing was so good we limited on bluefish by 1045 and missed our limit on mackerels by one. We cannot wait to work with Captain Billy and his team again.
