I receive an email showing these denim riding pants (Sliders) are on sale. I go online, find my size & color and make my order. An hour later I get back online to check email and immediately see Three (3) responses from ComAcc. Each confirming my order, except they show three different order numbers. I IMMEDIATELY email them stating it appears an error occurs indicating I ordered three pairs instead of the single pair. I Get NO Response from ComAcc. I call my bank, they say the three orders were made all within one minute of one another. I call ComAcc am told that I must have pushed the order button three times, but say "We have already shipped two of your pants, simply return them at no charge. I send me a shipping label via email. In a couple days, I receive ONE pair, I open them, try them on, my wife says they look like Mom Jeans, the waist band almost reaches my armpits, I am 6'4", I decide to return all pairs upon receiving them. I pack up the first pair, using the shipping label, return to ComAcc. During my phone call, the third pair had not yet been shipped, I tell them to cancel that order, they confirm it is cancelled. Two days later I receive the second pair, I call ComAcc & they say they can only authorize paying for one pair to be returned, so I return them via USPS because its cheaper, but still cost me $15. I monitor their shipping progress online and see they were delivered. I check again in an hour and now the shipping progress says they were REFUSED. I call ComAcc they say they could not accept them because they were shipped via USPS instead of FedEx. I informed them that since I had to pay to return them, the choice of shippers should be up to me. They arrive back at my home about 4-5 days later "Postage Due" and charge me $17 to get them back. I pack them back up and ship them FedEx. Now I have paid 46% of the cost of the jeans to return them. A few days later, while that pair is on its way back, I receive another email stating the third pair I DID NOT ORDER had been shipped. I call my bank, cancel my credit card and reorder a new card with a different number to prevent ComAcc from chargingm me yet another time for something I did not order. The third pair arrives, I REFUSE the PACKAGE, having the shipper send them back. It took over two months to get the refund posted back on my original credit card number, then a month later, I receive yet another email from them stating the pants I had ordered were on back order had come in and they too had been shipped. This would have been a 4th pair when I only ordered one pair. I immediately called my bank, they said NO Authorization had been given recently to ComAcc and besides I had received my new card with different numbers so ComAcc apparently tried to bill the old number, it did not go through, so the pants they say shipped NEVER arrived. Summary: I order 95% of everything I buy online, so I have always known NEVER hit the order button more than once, their system screwed up or they purposely inflated my order in hopes of me just paying the bill. Then after the entire mess, they attempted to send me yet another pair and tried yet again to charge my card, but luckily I had cancelled that card and received a new card preventing them from charging me. I got refunds on my three orders, it took over two months and lost about half of the refund on the second pair because they REFUSED my Return that was verbally acknowledged but I had to pay full return postage because of their mistake. I will NEVER BUY anything from ComAcc under ANY Circumstances. I will NEVER Recommend them to my worst enemy. I have over $13 on my credit that they can keep, I have removed their website from my Favorite list and Warn anyone everyone about their business practices!! read more

Multiple times in the past, I had ordered tires from Competition Accessories' Tire Express division, with fresh stock and fast, free shipping. However, my most recent experience was not so good. Their website would not show the (common) sizes I needed, so I called to find out why, and maybe place my order with a human on the other end of the phone. I was informed that those shown on the site were the only tires available, and new stock would not be brought into the warehouse for a couple of weeks, until their clearance activity was finished. I was not looking for a clearance or discount price, so I could not understand why they would not accept my new tire order. Now, I see that they are undergoing some kind of reorganization. To me, it looks like they are circling the drain. Revzilla got my order. They were fast with no bs. read more

The email ad posted on Oct. 25th showed a price for motorcycle boots that were normally $139.99 as only $84.99. The offer was due to expire on Oct 26th. The ad said to use the promo code. There was no promo code on the ad or in their website. When I tried to purchase the boots the price jumped to $99.99. I called their support line but gave up after waiting 10 mins. I sent an email on the 25th and another one 5 days later as they had not replied. So far I have not had a reply to either email. As far as I am concerned Competition Accessories are guilty of false advertising and very poor customer service. Makes you wonder how they manage to stay in business. I have unsubscribed from future ads and would never do business with them. read more
