After I said I was looking for a specific bike, he pointed to them and said, "they're over there." Then he sat at his desk and ignored me for about 20 minutes. I eventually asked him if we could talk about the bike I was looking for, and he said, "What do you want to talk about?" He seemed totally disinterested in the entire interaction. The lights in the dealership make it look old-fashioned, which makes sense given the fact that they have an incredible number of very old bikes, however, they make the new bikes in the showroom look grungy. The dealer looked dirty, as well, and very cramped. Overall, I would recommend finding a different dealer to offer your business to.

I wanted to buy it, buti didn't want that particular roof, windshield or rear window, so they try and force sale of accessories on a customer that has no interest in those specific parts. I wanted Polaris OE side and rear view mirrors, rock sliders and front and rear bumpers, not the windshield, rear window and roof. Lastly, the vehicle was outside in the elements, poor quality pics showing it covered in snow. I bought one yesterday, from another dealer, configured how I wanted and unit was clean and looked brand new because it was inside in a showroom. This was a significantly below average experience. I definitely won't recommend this place.

I have repeatedly reached out to All Terrain Power Sports by text/calls regarding issues with a…read more2011 Polaris Ranger I purchased from them on December 20th 2018. 2 Days after I paid cash for the machine on December 22nd the driver side fuel injector went bad and I called the owner. He would not answer my calls but had a tech call me to figure out the problem and after a few texts back and forth we settled on me picking a new fuel injector up which I did, and installing it myself, which I did, based on the owners word he would reimburse me ($105.99). Their web site advertises they have a 90-day warranty. Right now, it is going on 7 weeks with no reimbursement and continual promises the check is in the mail. But really the most pressing issue is the title to the machine. I still have not received that. I'm told one fault of mine is I trust people and work mostly off of handshakes. When I paid them cash for the machine the owner assured me he would have the title to me in a week or so because he had to file for a lost title. I have become increasingly concerned with their lack of attention to these 2 matters. I still after 7 weeks don't have a firm date when I can expect to receive the title and I have given up on the reimbursement promised and any 90-day warranty.
