We were approached by salesperson Steven Provencher, who was non-intimidating, welcoming, and invited us into the showroom. He looked for the vehicle we were interested in, talked about the 2025 models, etc. After locating the vehicle, we went for a ride; the CrossTrek was a beautiful blue pearl. Steven mentioned an off-road course located behind the dealership. We drove that, and it was impressive. We told Antonio what we were looking for and when we were looking to sign the paperwork Three things. Safety, reliability and to have my daughters name on the loan and title. We test drove a CX5. One model up from the base model and it has every safety feature we wanted plus a few more. Plus, after talking to the insurance, because of all the safety ratings that come with Mazda, insurance on a new vehicle would ONLY go up $75 a month. My daughter also wanted a white or near white color. None in stock, Antonio did tell us that there were a couple due in within a couple weeks There was NEVER any pressure. Antonio did a great job of keeping in contact and letting us know that a white CX5 was coming in. Today, about a month or so after meeting Antonio, BOTH my daughter and I signed the paperwork on a 2023 CX5. As an 18 year old, she is on the loan! My experience with Woodhouse Hyundai has been a disaster from start to finish…read more On July 7, 2025, I brought my 2020 Hyundai Sonata Limited to Woodhouse Hyundai for a manufacturer recall repair. The vehicle was fully functional when I dropped it off. While the car was in the dealership's custody, a cleaning vendor operating on their lot backed into it and caused severe structural damage, ultimately totaling the vehicle. This happened while the dealership had possession and control of the car. What followed was months of confusion, poor communication, and misleading information. Woodhouse told me a cleaning company was responsible but refused to identify the vendor despite repeated requests. I was later contacted by an insurance company regarding the loss and eventually received valuation reports. During this entire period, I continued making loan payments on a vehicle that had already been destroyed while sitting on their lot. In December, Woodhouse issued me a check for $2,764.93 drawn from their own corporate account and represented it as money coming from the at-fault party. What they did not clearly disclose was that the back of the check contained restrictive language attempting to release Woodhouse from liability if I endorsed it. There was no separate settlement agreement explaining this. I did not accept the check. The dealership also repossessed the loaner vehicle they had provided, leaving me without transportation. Meanwhile, the insurance process resulted in approximately $16,971 being paid to my lender to satisfy the loan, but that did not come close to covering the actual financial loss and months of disruption caused by this situation. To make matters worse, Woodhouse told both me and the Nebraska Attorney General's Consumer Affairs Division that I had received "over retail" for my vehicle, which was simply not true. The core issue is straightforward: My vehicle was destroyed while in Woodhouse Hyundai's custody, and the way the dealership handled the aftermath was opaque, misleading, and incredibly frustrating. If you choose to do business here, document everything and make sure you fully understand any paperwork or payments presented to you. A dealership should take responsibility when a customer's vehicle is damaged on their property. That accountability was missing here.

The customer service at the Woodhouse Place Nissan was unmatched. After test driving the Altima and having some final questions answered, I decided to buy from Anthony. I got a great deal. The financing department was easy to work with as well. After buying my first car at the Woodhouse Place Nissan, I still received great service. Anthony continued to check in and let me know that should there be any issues, he and his team would do there best to resolve them.
