This company is a scam! They do nothing but to give customer quote that amounts to tens thousands dollars.

We paid this company thousands of dollars but the work they gave us was less than ideal. They did keep coming out to try to remedy their mistakes. But they closed the crawl space they were remediating with the live possum still inside (discovered barely alive only because they were making another visit because they only patched vents in the attic when they'd promised to replace them) and so on. But the kicker was when a short while later we were getting squirrels in the living area of the house and they sent someone out to give us an estimate for thousands MORE dollars when the actual problem (discovered and solved for MUCH less money by another firm) was elsewhere. After fining a snake in our home we called this company. They were very polite and easy to work with . They quoted me a charge or $189 to come look for snakes in the yard and crawl space and attic and found nothing. Then gave us a quote of almost $4000 to fix places that snakes could get into our home. We held off and lucky we did! A second company came out . Looked around and found 1 place that needed foam and fixed it on the spot. No charge! Veteran owned..... love this company.* read more

I had a horrible smell in my house and after a couple attempts to find it under the house I gave up and called Complete Animal Removal. They were very friendly and scheduled a time that worked best for me. Nick arrived on time. He was very friendly and professional. He went under my house and within 15 minutes found the problem (a dead possum under one of the AC ducts). I was very impressed with how quickly he was able to resolved my problem. Do NOT trust this company - they use scare tactics that should be illegal. I heard a noise in the wall and called Complete Animal Control. They sent a salesman (first red flag is they have a salesperson) who looked around and then told us it was a rat - he claimed to see rat prints, feces and the rat itself. Quoted us about $30,000 to properly fix the issue stating that there is no way to know where the animal came in from and also suggesting we need to spray toxic chemicals into the spaces to cover the pheromones that rats would release (as though they don't dissipate by themselves). I don't fall for such obvious scams so I called another company and the owner came out and told me the footprints/feces are not rat - it's squirrel. He set a live trap and we captured it within 30 minutes. He also found the very obvious 6" space where a drain had come loose and the squirrel had entered. He closed it. Problem solved. 3 visits, 1 rehoused squirrel, a repair from squirrel chewing for about $500 all in. Wild Things saved the day. I don't understand how the sales person could look me in the eye and say he saw a rat and then show me a photo of a rat print. He must have used a photo from another jobsite. I recently bought an old house and during reno, discovered I had Chimney Swifts. I called Complete Animal Control because my Ace Exterminating guy recommended them. They came out and explained how they could solve the problem. It was a process and it would take 2-3 visits. During one of the service calls, because of a mistake or oversight, a significant mess was made in the basement in which I had just built white shelving, laundry area structures and a concrete folding table. They were working on the roof, so they probably weren't aware of the mess in the basement. I called the office to alert them to the mess. They sent someone out to assess the situation and he determined, yes, they were at fault and this was on them. After he consulted with the manager, I was told that they would take care of the clean up, but they didn't want to attempt it themselves for fear of making it worse. (soot). So the manager calls around to find a restoration specialist to do the cleanup. They contracted Service Masters who did an excellent job of putting things back in order. But that came out of the pocket of Complete Animal Control, so I'm positive they lost money on the job at my house. Colin - the manager - called me several times throughout the process to let me know the actions they were taking to fix their mistake. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied. The actual work getting rid of the Chimney Swifts was great, just this one hiccup that could have been a customer service nightmare for me. But I cannot say how much they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Look, stuff happens. People make mistakes. But, this company owned up to it and made sure they fixed it. I haven't experienced customer service this excellent in years. It was very refreshing. I will definitely call them again if I need their services. I HIGHLY recommend Complete Animal Control. They do great work, and they will make sure you are happy. I had some squirrels break into the soffits of my roof/ gutter area they were making quite the racket. I called these guys. Micheal came out to assess the damage and presented a good plan of action. Technicians arrived quickly to implement the plan Ash, Josh and Justin came by checking the traps daily until the squirrels left then repaired the area. Really this went so smoothly I could not believe it was this easy. I thought a repeat of Caddyshack was going to happen at my house ! After seeing birds pecking away on my exhaust vent as well as going in and out of my attic from the eaves vent, I called complete animal removal. Nick came out and did a full inspection of my house and presented me with two options, what needed to be done immediately as well as recommend work to prevent future problems. He even found an area I wasn't aware of where a bird could get in. I selected the option I felt was best for my current situation and he provided me with a timeline for the work. Their pricing was less than another estimate I had received and it provided me with the flexibility to do the necessary work without any pressure or scare tactics. Each technician ( Cody, and Tyler) that came out during the process was polite and competent. I feel confident the problem has been resolved and I would recommend Complete Animal Removal if you have any wildlife problems at your home. read more

Don't balk at the price. They are fairly priced considering the amount of work that goes into this. They were out every day for more than a week checking traps and trying to get this skunk and her family out of my crawlspace. One of the guys took a stinker to the face got the mom out and babies to be relocated to a nearby skunk resort. My house stinks a bit but they are gone. Would definitely recommend them. read more

Complete Animal Control failed to honor their word & workmanship. After identifying that rats had found their way into our basement in October 2021, we were recommended to contact Complete Animal Control. Cody identified the issue and came up with a plan to reinforce the structure of our home, guarantee the work & a rat-free house for two years, and remove & replace insulation that the rats had torn up in the basement. Within 1 month, rats had re-entered the basement & I was even able to take a video of a rat burrowing into the side of our house. I called Cody explaining the issue. He sent another guy named Immanuel who, after seeing the video in person, laughed and said "Oh that's cute!" He failed to take any responsibility or do anything about the rats re-entry, despite me clearly explaining what was going on. Additionally, this company left feces-riddled insulation strewn across our basement for weeks after "completing" their work. We had to call four times before anyone made any effort to actually finish the job. Again, these were not extra requests; these were clearly outlined tasks by the company that they simply failed to follow through on. It is March 1, 2022 - we have repeatedly reached out to the company asking them to either refund us all or some of our money, or put the money we paid into a monthly service that they retroactively recommended that we buy ($70/mo), despite initially saying it was not necessary. I am a rational, level-headed guy who cares about facts, first and foremost. The facts are: 1. Complete Animal Control made false promises on the front end of an agreement that they've since failed to adhere to 2. Despite trying to get in touch with the company since then, we have been repeatedly ignored & when we are able to make contact, we are made to seem like we're being unreasonable for simply wanting what was promised to us on the front end - a rat free home 3. The best use of my money turned out to be buying rat traps from Lowe's and catching the rats myself. Unfortunately, I had already paid this unreliable, dishonest, & crooked company. read more

I moved to Nashville in April of 2021 and the inspection report said the attic showed "mice tunneling" and nests in the garage. I had a rodent problem in LA and was not going to play around. I called these guys and they sold me on closing up gaps on my roof line where the fascia meets and rodents could get in. They identified other area around the house that needed minor work, the roof was the big thing to them. They came and set traps, checked them once or twice a week for a month until they could come close the holes they identified on the exterior/roof. The problem happened when they closed everything up, they came and collected the traps. Now, I'm not animal removal expert, but when you have finally closed up the openings, that's when you can actually trap a rodent. Nope. They never caught one rodent. I ended up paying this company $4,973 and they never caught one thing!!! Unbelievable. I am devastated that I paid this much. What a waste of money when I really need it for other things. I remodeled a 100 yr old house in Los Angeles that had been empty for 30 years. My guys there caught 21 rats(!!!) and I paid a grand total of $1800. RUN from this company. read more

This is a follow up to my original review. I paid the company to remove one opossum and five babies, two skunks, and for the disinfectant (includes clean up and spray) in the crawlspace under the house. The next day , I had an AC company come out to repair damaged duct work, they came out of the crawl space and informed me that the cleanup had not been done. There was urine and feces left behind from the removal of the possum. I had to pay a $75 service charge to the AC company for coming out and then not being able to do anything. I've called this company three times with no return call. Basically they hang around under your house and don't do the cleanup. Very frustrating read more

I called Complete Animal Removal in early August because I had a skunk that kept spraying in my yard- he got my dog twice! Nick came to my home the following day and took a look around my yard and in my crawl space. He provided me with a through explanation and provided me with several options. There was no hard sell which I appreciated. We formed a plan of action and he sent a document laying out what they would do step by step along with a simple option to pay. The process was seamless. The work was done in a timely manner and I'm happy with the final outcome. Critters can no longer access my AC unit or crawl space and I'm glad to have that peace of mind. We had been experiencing skunk problems in an around our home in Nashville and believed we had a skunk or skunks living in our crawlspace based on some very noxious fumes entering our home. Cody from Complete Animal Removal came to our house, listened to me explain our situation, explained all of Complete Animal Removal's services, and then proceeded to offer to take a look in our very cramped, dark and hot crawlspace. Wearing a full-body suit and respirator he spent 10-15 minutes inspecting our crawl space and returned to give us a full report on everything he saw, which fortunately did not include any live or dead skunks, merely evidence that they had been visiting our crawl space. He made suggestions on preventing them from coming back in the future and determined that we might need to contact a plumber/HVAC company to determine the cause of some of the residual smells. When I asked him how much I owed for him getting all dirty and sweaty crawling under our home, he explained that it was part of their FREE inspection and that nothing was owed. I feel sick to my stomach when I think about how much money we paid Complete Animal Removal to NOT do the job we hired them to do, which was to keep rats out of our basement.  We opted for the expensive preventative solution that Cody recommended, which meant that they identified and reinforced all weak spots in our house where an animal could find their way in.  We decided it was worth the extra money to have this more permanent solution, and the work was guaranteed for two years. We opted out of the monthly service particularly because we were spending a large sum and it was communicated that the work would be guaranteed for two years. Within one month of having this work completed, rats had made it back into our basement.  Though no work had been done on our house, Complete Animal Removal claimed it was through no fault of their own.  Shocked at their refusal to take responsibility, I sent a couple of messages to see if there was a miscommunication and to request that they either refund our money or apply the money towards several years of monthly service. They have not responded. Please do not patronize this business which does not stand by their promises. read more

Michael came out as a representative - within an hour he correctly assessed the situation and was able to put together all the solutions needed and a treatment plan to not only remove the problem but also to redeem the property from future pests and damage from what had been done already. We had an armadillo take up residence in our yard. I called 3 other companies and got 1 text saying we'll get back to you shortly. 3 days later nothing. I contacted our pest control service (The Bug Man here in Murfreeesboro, TN) and they recommended Complete Animal Control. I called and talked (!!!) to a real live human being who told me about their service and costs. Great so far but the dreaded "Let me see when we can get out there to see you." Oh man please let it be less than 1 month, he comes back and says I can have someone there at 10 am tomorrow, does that work? Oh heck yes it works. Get a text at 9:30 this morning that says Please call me at your earliest convenience. Oh Oh, so I call. Persons name is Jordan and he asks if we are still on, of course we are. He's 40 minutes away and I am impressed that he made contact and that he is driving this far to take care of the issue. Jordan arrives and I show him where the burrow was. He confirms that it was dug by an armadillo, walks the property looking here and there, climbing into bushes, and then we head back to the burrow. He says 'it was an armadillo but he's gone for now." He proceeds to spend 15 minute showing me why the critter is gone, what to look for if he comes back, what else might be out there, etc. He spent 1/2 hour educating me about critters of TN and then charged me exactly nothing. He wouldn't even take a cup of coffee. Great customer service, Jordan is an incredible asset to the company. Needless to say these are the people to call if you have critters. My grandparents found opossums in their drawer this morning. I have called several of wildlife removal companies. Nobody made it a point to come until later on in the week. Brian was the only one who came. He actually was suppose to come later on in the day. He came earlier then I expected. He got that opossum out like a pro ( that he is ) lol. He is very brave.
