They covered the all of the aspects of the spraying, quoting me a decent price, and offered to come back just incase it rained within the hour of the treatment with no added cost. The forecast had a 50/50 chance of rain, so I really appreciated them letting me know that. This was just a preventative spray because Middle Tennessee has gotten a lot of rain lately and we've seen a handful of critters trying to get in our house. They did the inside, outside, and got rid of all the cobwebs on our first and second story windows, including the roof over hangs. The spraying took about 30-minutes and for everything it $175 and lasts about 3 months. This was the best quoted price. I got everything from about $75 to even $400! I gave them 18 months. In the end i had roaches and silverfish galore. Their approach is to treat the obvious living area-floor sinks carpets BUT not crawlspaces nooks and crannies. To prove the theory one week after there last treatment I hired a new company --their first treatment insects were fleeing The house dying in the yard, driveway, porch. And at last count five dead in the house. It's your money. Mine is going elsewhere. read more

Friendly service, very polite which we loved however, after 6 months we cancelled service as our problem was just as bad as when treatments started... they did always return when we called to say that treatments where not working however, most times we where told they couldn't RE-spray due to it being to close in time to the last treatment. For over a year we used All American Pest on a rental property we owned. The entire year the bug problem was never resolved. We mentioned this to them on several occasions, and there was always some excuse. After a year we canceled our service over the phone. For four months they build us after canceling. They had our credit card still on file. When I reached out to them about this they said I never canceled. Then I asked them. How can can you spray the property because you have no access to the property without me being there. They responded with oh, we were simply treating the outside of it. It was odd being that the year we had used them, they always called or texted me that they were on their way to this property so I could meet them there to let them in. In the end, we never got our four months of money back. They did nothing to resolve the issue and I will go a step further than that, on days they said they treated the property. If you have a mouse or a rat problem don't call any of these pest control companies because they will lie to you over the phone and then have you wait a week while I have rodents reproducing in my house just for them to come out and try and sell you on bug sprays. After using a competitor for a couple of years and catching them driving up, leaving a bill and then leaving without performing the work, I looke into All-American. I had heard the advertisements on the Dave Ramsey show and got in on one of his specials. All I can say is WOW! First off, the tech that comes out to spray (David) is awesome! He is extremely thorough and is very mindful of our cat and takes special care to make sure that any products that are used are well out of her reach. He does a great job and on the rare occasion that we see something inside the house (usually ants) he doesn't just sling something down and then leave. He has taken the time to track down where the ants come in and figured out that it was due to a rose bush that was attracting them. I dug up the bush and no more ants! One of the great things is that All-Americans approach is to treat outside so that you don't have to treat inside. I'm happy to say that it really does work! Even better, you don't have to take time off from work, although it's such a pleasure to work with David that I really don't mind when I do! read more

The guy that came to the house the first time was very friendly and personable. Took his time, didnt seem rushed and did a good job. That being said, just a couple of weeks after they sprayed inside and out for bugs, I was killing spiders in the house. I called back and they were very friendly and scheduled a technician for another spray a few days later. The second guy that came almost didnt spray outside again until I asked. He was here maybe a total of 5 to 7 minutes spraying the inside AND outside. Very rushed, most likely didnt do a good job spraying and I will most likely be calling them back in a week or so. I will be switching pest control companies. I shouldn't be killing insects inside my house 2 weeks after they spray read more

Used this company on July 31, 2019. Choose their one time treatment plan, since I didn't know how they would perform. $160 for one time choice. Told their service tech we specifically had ants and spiders to treat. He solved the ant problem, but spider issue looks unchanged two weeks later. Called back to see if they would follow up to treat the spiders. NOPE. One time choice means one time. Follow up to do what they should have gotten right the first time would have involved me paying for another visit. The lady I spoke with was courteous, but I told her, "thank you, next". Initial visit went well but they hit some rock when installing my termite bait stations. Said they had to do some "research" to determine if I had enough coverage with the number of stations i had without drilling into the rock. Said they would call me back but never did. I finally called them and they said "you should be good " After the first treatment it seemed as though rather than kill the spiders they forced them all into the living areas of my home. They showed up unannounced for a follow up visit and since nobody was home the inside of the home was not treated. After the rain last week I had an ant infestation in my master bathroom. I called on Wednesday to have someone come out but they said it would be the following Tuesday before they could fit me in. They have no problem taking my $59/ month (don't be fooled by the $39/ month basic plan they advertise) but they will get to me when they can. In the meantime I had to clean out everything from my bathroom and spray for the ants myself. I will not be renewing my contract and I'll just go back to Terminix, they cost almost the same but at least they are responsive. read more

They try to intimidate you into renewing it by saying they'll trespass on your property to remove your previously purchased bait traps if you don't renew their pricey service.
