I will say though that when asked how much tread was left on the tires the guy just shrugged his shoulders "they look good to me". And they did look good but I would like to know depth. But being on a budget and needing them soon I didn't complain. Something else to note in case you care (I don't) bathroom is a port-a-potty around back.

I found this experience to be inconsiderate and unprofessional. I could have been informed that there would be a delay, the lease they could have done given I had an appointment. Unlike Midas, I used to go to Midas for my oil change, different location of course. I don't have much to say about the mechanics because I'm not a car person. I do know that there customer service is great. Especially the lady that took care of us when we were there. She's friendly and humble. Not to mention that they have free WiFi and coffee that's always a plus. DON'T forget to check in. Yelp's and Midas partner up. They will offer you a 10% off for non promotional service coupon if you check in! Overall, the mechanic are fast and done there jobs right. I should consider bringing my car back to this location to get my oil change done next time!
