I called on a Tuesday. Staff said it would be unlikely they could get to me same day, but I could make an appointment for the following day at 10am and I'd be seen right away. I arrived at 10am the next day, checked in, and waited, and waited, and waited... an hour later I saw my car had not moved. I asked what was taking so long and the front desk guy said "we're backed up.. sorry." Thirty minutes later, my car was in the same spot, so I asked for my keys. I found this experience to be inconsiderate and unprofessional. I could have been informed that there would be a delay, the lease they could have done given I had an appointment. Zero communication unless I asked, and a waste of time. With a number of choices in the area, my money will go elsewhere... I won't be back. read more

We wanted to get an alignment check before going on a road trip. I called to set up an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. I came in 10 minutes before my scheduled time and expected to wait a couple hours but they were able to work on my car right when I got there. I was in an out in an hour! Loose lug nuts on multiple wheels after these bozos laid hands on the vehicle. Rear left wheel flew off going 70 on the highway. Very lucky that we didn't have the trailer towing at that time. SON-IN-LAW took his cherished Father's truck to them for work. (his father had passed away) It was there for weeks. Firestone said it was still being worked. That was a lied because much later SIL found out it had been STOLEN!!. The business hadn't even notified him. Weeks later an impound lot called SIL to tell him that the car was there and cost to get it out was nearly $2000.00!! When he retrieved it, it was severely trashed. Spray paint all over the outside, radio and steering column ripped out, seats slashed and so much more. Drug paraphernalia was also found in the truck. So aside from the lies, Firestone has no cameras, no secure parking. The executive from the place said they would pay for damages and hopefully restore the truck. If these things do not happen, my son-in-law will sue them. Do you trust FIRESTONE to work on YOUR vehicle?? Spread the word. read more

I'm not sure what kind of tires I can get with a good deal and price. They explained to what kind of tires I should get and the price. Another thing I liked about Firestone is they usually do weekly service offer. I got some discount for my tires. It does cost a little more then my previous tires, but that is alright. read more

My brakes are squeaking and worse off than when I had them replaced and it's been over 1,000 setting them in. I have a long wheel base dodge 2500 which I purchased the life time balance option. Recently I went in for a balance and told the manager I was going on a long trip wanted the emergency brake adjusted. the balance came back deficient in the drivers side Camber. I was told that it was nothing to worry about. I went on the trip out of the country and had to have the front brakes replaced as they were metal on metal. obviously not Complete Care. Shortly before the trip my neighbor who has the same wheel base truck went to this branch as well as the Poulsbo branch and was told that they could not do an alignment because their rack was to small. I went to the Poulsbo branch as they did not know me and asked if they could do an alignment and was told that their rack was to small. Did I pay for alignments that never happened? read more

My stock brakes we're getting bad so I had to firestone on Wheaton Way replace my brakes upon driving I noticed horrible squealing coming from them not to mention very rough breaking it actually felt almost like they were lopsided the way that it shook the car and so I told them what happened, they replaced the brakes thinking that would solve the problem maybe it was just a bad batch or something, but no those brakes had the same exact problem! I took it back in a third time and then the guy claimed he was putting on a more expensive set of brakes but yet again the same exact problem persists and I've really had enough with their brakes their brakes are garbage and stay the hell away from Firestone when it comes to brakes! read more

Love these guys! As a woman on her own, I am always watching out for the con man that is trying to take me. It will never happen with these guys! Go see Lee Hunter he is the man. Sweet and helpful to a fault! I go in there with something small that is not working and Lee fixes it and sends me on my way telling me he will get the money later (he never does of course!) I know when they tell me something needs to be replaced or fixed it needs to be replaced or fixed, they are not just trying to pad the bill. You may have to wait awhile to get your car fixed as they are often very busy (that is a good sign) but they will drive you home if you live in the area and pick you up to get your car when it is done. I have been coming to these guys for probably 10 years now and have never been disappointed. read more

I took my company car in to have snow tires put on and an oil change last week. I drove my car 1000 miles in the week and this morning it started making a horrible noise. I drove it to a Ford Dealer and they discovered that Firestone had left the oil cap off and it was down to less than 1 quart of oil. They filled it up and said it still made noise when they test drove it but that the damage would probably show itself in the future. I drove it home and the noise got louder and louder. The future is now because I barely made it to the next Ford dealer.My engine is totally wrecked! I have to replace my engine on a 2011 Ford Fusion with 16,000 miles on it!!! The manager said nothing when I told him. Not an apology, not anything about reassuring me it would never happen again or that he would talk to the mechanic. Nothing. The guys name is on the invoice so I know who is responsible. I will NEVER set foot in this shop again. read more

My dad brings his car here, I bring my car here (and I live across the water!), and manager Chris treats us like family. Even though I live so far away, I'll make the trip for a measly oil change because I don't want to be hassled about fixing things that don't need to be fixed. So far, I've only been told bad news, when clearly things were wrong. I was told I needed a new radiator, they showed me the crack and I got it fixed. For someone like me who knew nothing about cars, this kind of establishment is a big help. I brought in my car as referred by a friend who knew more about car problems. I thought my car had an oil leak. They checked as much as they could, explained everything to me and didn't try to rip me off. The manager even gave me a discount for the diagnostics fee and told me to go check if my warranty would still cover the repair/replacement of my car's problem. And he's right about it. Was very bad service. Brought a box truck in there to fix a thermostat. They did. The lower radiator hose popped off a couple months later. Brought it back under warranty. They said they will do a compression test on the vehicle. It sat for over a week in the parking lot. Then when we picked it up they said everything is good charged us for the test. 10 mins later the hose fell off. NEVER EVER GO TO FIRESTONE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR WORK THEY NEVER DID! I simply needed ONE tire mounted on a rim. I called other places closer to me and they said I'd need an appt. Called Firestone a few hours before close and they said come on in! Jonathan helped me out from start to finish. Even carried my rim and tire to and from the car. Quoted me an hour as they were working on something else, but called me back an half hour sooner. Definitely got deceived about the work done to my vehicle, I was charged for "Used Oil Filter Recycling" and in the notes it says they were unable to remove the filter because it was too tight....so I got charged for work that was not completed and it was never explained to me, I never would have known if I didn't look at the notes on the receipt. Dishonest Business practice and I'll be back for the money I am owed. Update, Firestone gave us back all the money we paid toward the entire service! However, when my wife went in to get the money, the service manager asked her if she had read the post here on Yelp. She knew about the post of course, he kept asking her if she wanted to read it and made her feel uncomfortable as a woman in an awkward position. I went in to talk to Joshua and I was less than friendly with him as I would be with anyone who harrasses my wife. When I was talking to him I cursed one time(I have the conversation recorded). When Joshua was proven wrong and he had no good excuse as to why he would harrass my wife, he folded the invoice and handed it back to me stating that he was done talking to me if I was going to curse at him. I walked out flipping him off. I called the corporate office and they said that someone would contact me within 48 hours. It has now been two weeks. I had a very bad experience coming to this location. I came in to get a tire alignment (since I payed for the lifetime alignments a while back) an oil change and a new battery. They didnt even do the alignment which is supsetting cause it was the only free service I asked for. It took 4 hours just to do the oil change and battery replacement. I knew the battery was going bad from previous repairs, so I asked for a new one. They tried charging me for a battery inspection they said I asked for. They did an inspection and determined some other maintenance should be done. They kept adding more fees and adding unnecessarily expensive parts. The spark plugs they were going to charge me for were insanely overpriced. If I didnt know what parts roughly cost I would have ended up paying $2000 that day. I asked for what each service and part cost and they didnt mention all of them and even gave me an incorrect price. I felt like I was being taken advantage of every time I talked to them. Other firestone locations have been much more helpful and felt less shady. I will never come back to this location. read more

If I could give a zero star I would. My young son and his girlfriend has been going to Firestone for years against my advice, I had issues with the Firestone in Port Orchard before they closed down. My son had a 1998 Nissan that started to stall-out. Short story, Firestone told him and reassured him that the issue was a throttle sensor, Firestone replaced it and same day did an oil change and replaced/fixed a leaking oil gasket over $600 in repairs. The car was still doing the same thing, he took it back to Firestone was told it was a faulty part and replaced the throttle sensor again. That still didn't fix the stalling out issue, they continued to Easter Egg hunt the issue and came to the conclusion that it was a bad transmission. They refunded for the throttle sensor but would not refund for the oil change/gasket $270. Common sense would say fix the mechanic issue first before an oil change/gasket. Why would anyone get an oil change/gasket replaced/repaired on a non-running car!!! Firestone messed up and refuses to accept their mistake and make it right. In the long run they will be losing more than $270 in lost business from my family, friends, and colleagues. When I confronted Josh (the manger) on the phone about the situation and how we felt Firestone took advantage of the the young couple he dismissed me and was offended that I questioned his common sense. I have a call into regional manager and will go higher if needed. Reading reviews this is not the first time customers had issues with this store and Josh. $270 may not seem like a lot to him but it makes a huge difference for a young couple on a budgeted income. I purchased a brand new car and had only owned it for 3 weeks before a tire blew out. Tires are apparently a separate warranty claim from the rest of the vehicle, and I was directed by both my dealership AND the Bridgestone website to have my warranty processed by a "licensed Firestone or Bridgestone dealer". I called this location and spoke with the manager. He was extremely rude and told me that they don't cover anything they didn't specifically sell. He advised me to take it up with the dealership. When I called Bridgestone Technical Services (corporate), they told me that they would cover the tire and suggested that I take it to this location. I relayed my previous conversation with the Bremerton location manager to the Bridgestone representative, and he apologized and assured me that ALL Bridgestone or Firestone locations are expected to process warranty claims, regardless of whether or not they sold the tires directly. He suggested that I take it to Silverdale instead. Note to Bremerton Firestone - you had one job! Way to blow it. read more

The guys here have really taken care of me. I have a '11 VW Routan minivan and was in need of new tires, so like any sane person, I decided to price around for a set of new tires. I went to Firestone, Les Schwab, Sears, VW Dealership all to get the price quotes. I ended up going with Firestone because they didn't talk to me like I was a child. They treated me as an equal and as a woman that says a lot. Too many times I've gone to auto repair shops only to be talked down to, but here the guys were helpful and friendly. Once I decided on the tires we set up an appointment and true to form they were finished in the quoted time which is a bonus for me as a mom to four kids and had to get someone to watch my kiddos. I have since returned for my oil change and windshield wiper replacement and will come back again. The only downside is it is hard to get to if you are turn into their small parking lot off of Wheaton Way... if you come around the backside by the Pancake house, it makes it easier to get in and out. They don't have vending machines and they have basic coffee, so if you have to stay here for a long amount of time while you wait for your car to be repaired.. come prepared. Otherwise the Pancake House is right next door and they serve great food while you wait. read more

I went in because my car was acting funny(stalling and turning off) I asked them to change out a part because i felt that was the root of the problem. The part is under my left wheel and they did not put the wheel back properly and the steering wheel is jack. I was looking at tires and was not interested in buying but i decided to make a little conversation with the manager and he told me my wheels were fine. They were not fine because one of the four tires is a spare and goodyear had me marked down a month a go that the tires were out of alignment. I dont trust the guys at Firestone in Bremerton. Never again. Steering wheel is still jacked and will have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. It wont be Firestone bremerton. read more

This place is awesome! Great customer service. I left my house to go to work the other day and my truck coughed a little and hesitated to start. This has never happened before so I wasn't too concerned until I stopped at the first stoplight and my truck died, now I panicked! I knew my oil needed changed months ago but I kept putting it off but I wasn't taking any chances I headed straight to Firestone on Wheaton Way where I was greeted by Lee. They were pretty busy so I called work and said I was going to be here for awhile. Lee said they were running a little behind but he would squeeze me in and hopefully it wouldn't be too long of a wait. I sat down and started watching an episode of Worlds Dumbest Criminals (or something like that) and before the show was over I decided to walk over to Family Pancake House for a bite to eat. I told Lee where I was going and he said "your truck is done and they will have it out in about 5 minutes". That was quick!
