They IMMEDIATELY got us in (even though they had a full schedule & looked extremely busy. We ended up with a cracked wheel & they didn't have another to replace it with (wheels & tires for the Camero are very difficult to find anywhere) but for 3 hours the manager called around trying to find us one, they straightened out the computer gauges (Walmart had done it incorrectly whn we bought new tires) & spent a lot of time on our issue only for us to have to go elsewhere. The staff was excellent-informative, helpful, kind etc & we were barely charged ANYTHING. I'm not easily impressed (am OFTEN called high maintenance) so I don't give credit if it isn't earned. More than once I have taken my car in with something another mechanic shop told me I'd have to have done only to be told mine was fine (or they replaced a far cheaper part and fixed the problem). The bad: They are a small shop and get busy, so it may take a couple of days to get to you (or for an appointment) at times and they have to order their parts. They are more expensive for things like oil changes or tire stuff/alignments (they don't specialize in them and will honestly tell you that you are better off taking that business elsewhere).

I did not purchase my vehicle from this location but its the closest one to me, so I brought Kia in for a diagnostics due to a knocking noise from the engine. It was recommend that my engine getting replaced due to a broken rod inside. I am out of my Kia warranty however I do have an extended warranty. Since my warranty company had to send out their own inspector, Kia had to stay for a few days. Joe arranged a rental for me and kept me updated on the status. Advising me what was needed for the inspector and making copies of Kia's maintenance records. I ended up having to pay for the diagnostics ($180.00) due to my claim being denied. After speaking again with Joe and Kevin (service manager) they both were very helpful on what I needed to appeal the claim. I have been back and forth to Kia over the last 3 months dealing with this, finally getting my claim approved. Joe again made sure to keep me updated on the status Kia's repair. They were more then helpful and Kia got her engine replaced and is running smoothy. At the end of the day.. I will return for any repairs and when looking to purchase Kia a new sibling, spouse or friend.

I recently purchased a used 2015 Toyota Highlander. Within my contractually guaranteed 7-day return window, an independent multi-point inspection revealed a failing alternator, a bad battery an alignment issue. I contacted my sales consultant, Joshua, immediately to see if management would utilize their internal service department to address these electrical components to save the transaction. The dealership completely ignored my messages for days, hoping the clock would run out on my 7-day return policy. Only after I explicitly stated I was preparing to return the vehicle did I finally get a response. The used car manager's solution? They completely ignored the failing alternator and alignment issues, and offered the "goodwill gesture" of selling me a replacement battery at their cost. Shifting the financial burden onto a loyal repeat customer for a failing charging system during a trial window is an insulting way to do business. I declined their offer, kept the vehicle because the core engine is solid, and will be paying my local mechanic to fix it. They have officially lost a loyal customer's future business.
