He was not forceful and was a big help in my purchase process and I appreciate his assistance. Every thing went well till I was handed off to the financial manager. The financial manager lied to be, saying that the bank required me to purchase Gap insurance. I advised him that I already had it with my insurance company and he said that would not work. They required me to purchase what they had to offer. Comparing the two policies, my savings with my insurance company would be about 300 for the life of the loan. The signing process went quick and no time to read, he did not even give me a copy of what I signed. Said that it would be a while for him to make copies. Made it sound like hours, and said they would send me copies. I got the paperwork today and read it. The Gap insurance page says that it is not required to get the loan from the bank. Called and talked with the bank and the guy laughed when I told him what the Financial Manger said. I called to discuss it, and the dealership said the lady who handles the cancelations works between 8-5. I do not like the fact that I was lied to and forced to purchase something that I did not need or want since I already pay for it at a much better rate. While the contract says it can be canceled within ten days, it is the fact that I was lied to. He took my positive experience and turned it into a bad experience. The salesman went out of his way to help, this guy should of had a can of Vaseline on his desk. I would buy from Daniel again, but I will not do so if this is the only guy who can sign the paperwork. A true used-car salesman mentality. If he is the only one who can close the deals, then I would say stay away. At least do not trust him.

It now 7/17/2026 and I still don't have my vehicle registration. I contacted them numerous times to get a status update and all i get is "we're looking into it". I'm about to have a Jeep I can't drive because it doesn't have a registration sticker. I've already been stopped for not having a sticker displayed. Horrible customer service. But to be honest, this one is on me. I should have listened to what people told me and do more research. One thing is not sure, I won't make that mistake again. Like others tried- you've been warned.

Went to the Valvoline down the street off of Southwest Blvd for a simple oil change. We told the Valvoline people that and they tried to make us replace it with them. Said no. They put it back, but the second we get on the highway this piece starts dragging on the ground!!! We quickly pull up to Xcessive Auto Repair and the guys here (ask for G!!!) were able to remove the piece and get us on our way. If you're thinking about going to some random chain shop anywhere in San Angelo-- DONT. Come HERE. They'll treat you personally and actually know what they're doing. It is a Tesla Model S so many places won't try, but Meineke went and got the tires I needed and helped with my warranty claim while I charged up at a local spot before coming in. Took it back just to find out that the 2 mechanics that were there had NO idea where it came from and the one who actually worked on my car (CJ) wasn't there. Took it back today where CJ was there and he put it back. Amanda even told me that she was happy we brought our business back after they forgot to tighten the lugnuts down on my husbands truck. Well I can guarantee that I wouldn't even send my worst enemy to this store. I wouldn't trust them to change the cap on my tire valve stem at this point!

Prices are drastically different, and customer service is condescending and often opportunistic with silly "inspection fees." Then there are the complete rip-offs that lack diagnostic abilities and should not be in business. I spoke with Jesse, who is honest, knows his business well, and doesn't need to resort to price gouging or surprise inspection fees. They repaired the car quickly and consulted with me before costing me a penny. Jesse gave me reasonable options and stood by his quote. He gave me an excellent detailed quote for repairs I will also need in the future. I'll never take my car to any other shop in West Texas.
