I'm glad she was with such great people when she passed away, I do recommend this place and any time I had a question or I needed something done for For cathy. Some of the nurses and some of the Cna were attentive…read more However, it took forever for someone to come into the room 40 minutes or more to change my mother. There were times it took over two hours for someone to come in to change my mom. The nurses ignore the buttons and noises going off at their station. They expect the cna to address everything. The night manager there would is very unprofessional and they didn't do therapy like they should have and they didn't elevate my mother in bed when eating, and besides therapy she was stuck in the room al day in bed or in wheel chair. This caused panic attacks, anxiety and her mental status was definitely affected by no interacting with other residents. They are all about the money and not the patients care. I would give them a zero. My mother ended back in the hospital with UTI and septic shock and dehydration cdiff norovirus and was in icu for 5 days and is still in hospital. I was up there every day for several hours a day. I seen a lot during this time.

The Arbor staff jumped at the opportunity to organize the best dance party ever. From and amazing band, to snacks for everyone, my mother danced the entire time. With her limited mobility, the PT's were there to support her as she danced to her favorite songs. The most amazing part of this event was that her family was included. Her children got to see her living it up!!! My mother's smile never left her face, and that was all because of the wonderful staff at Arbor Terrace Mt.Laurel. The staff is not engaged too busy playing on their phones vs. attending to patients. When my mother was released she did not have her cell phone. I have the find my app and it showed it was still at Care One. I was away until the day after she was transferred only to find that the phone was shut off or died from not being charged so I was unable to go there and follow the signal. I called and asked for it to be located. Twice with messages for the head of nursing. They did not have the respect to return my call. Very disappointing!
