She was very happy living at Brandywine and she built a lot of great relationships. But more importantly, several months after mom's move into the she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Mom was placed in their hospice program which was exceptional. The nurses, aides and management were so attentive and cared for her in such a loving way. She is in a wheelchair, so mobility, and assistance is key for her daily routines. Within a short time, the staff at Brandywine have become her family. Every department makes resident life their priority. When covid started in the spring, the staff quickly introduced new protocols, and have done a remarkable job keeping everyone safe, and healthy. We receive weekly status updates on staff and residents, and more if necessary. Although the pandemic has created anxiety and concern, our family is grateful everyday she lives there. We cannot imagine her living anywhere else. Now, our mother plays bingo, poker, attends happy hour, and is involved in most activities. All done with small groups, scheduled, distanced, with masks. Our mother is living the last years of her life happy, healthy, and safe.

I was told she would get PT three to four times a week. Despite the fact that there's a physical therapy room, it's always empty every time I visit. My mother did not recieve any PT at all. She was put back on a drug that she had been taken off of months ago for a bad reaction she had to it. She doesn't drink anything and eats very little because she knows she will sit in a dirty diaper all day if she does. She has significantly deteriorated from being able to walk and use stairs with assistance when she arrived to not even being able to stand now. I paid 2,500 for her to sit in a bed for ten days and deteriorate. When I call and try to speak to anyone at this facility I get a machine saying their mailbox is full. When I go in person every office door I knock on is locked and nobody answers. I have hired a lawyer and I will reporting this facility to the state for neglect.

The Arbor staff jumped at the opportunity to organize the best dance party ever. From and amazing band, to snacks for everyone, my mother danced the entire time. With her limited mobility, the PT's were there to support her as she danced to her favorite songs. The most amazing part of this event was that her family was included. Her children got to see her living it up!!! My mother's smile never left her face, and that was all because of the wonderful staff at Arbor Terrace Mt.Laurel. My mother danced with all the staff members and her resident friends. I was overwhelmed with all the love she received today!!! Thank you EVERYONE!!!

Huge room, good air, cable TV, nice adjustable overhead lighting. She has a refrigerator and shower bathroom. The nurse care is pretty good. Mom like the food they give her. She really like that she had no restrictions to what she can eat and how much they'll give her. The facility has ample rest access parking. There's valet Parking if you come during valet hours. Each floor has a community room. My 87 yr old mother didn't want to go. Said that's for the old people. Really. But we did go outside and say in the shade to enjoy some of the nice weather. So far this has been a good choice for moms Rehabilitation after her hip surgery But this may get updated as mom gets more length of time here.
