But to start: He genuinely cares about his patients. Not just the one on one care for PT, but as you as a person! I get to spend an hour with him and have really good conversation along with getting excellent care. He is very "hands on" which I appreciate. He listens to your concerns. And he goes hands-on whether it be massage or be cupping. And then gives you exercises and make sure you don't leave until you understand what you have to do. I even convinced my own wife to give Jordan a try as her PT and she truly understood what I was talking about. The front office staff is always helpful and polite Every time I call she picks up immediately and it's very helpful. They take my type of insurance which would be a dealbreaker if they did not accept Blue Cross Blue Shield. Every appointment with Dr Jordan, I leave feeling heard, encouraged, and like real progress is being made. This was the recurrence of as issue I had several months ago that a chiropractor in my home state treated with cold laser therapy, cavitation, and traction. The last two no different that the same treatments I received over the years. I did this for a few months starting at three times per week with very marginal relief upon departing treatment relative to arrival. Conversely, Dr Toth asked me a lot of questions, checked reflexes, range of motions, performed muscle scraping, manually released triggers, etc. the improvement in range of motion was very noticeable and the pain completely disappeared. This was the night I flew home. The pain was gone through my afternoon meetings and my trip home despite having a backpack with my laptop and pulling and storing my carryon in the overhead pin.
