We recently had a standby generator installed by complete environmental. Dealing with Steve and his team was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Steve personally came out for an estimate and was extremely helpful answering all of our questions. He gave us a timeline and guided us through the code permitting process. Everything was done early and with great communication along the way. They coordinated gas and electrical professionals to complete each part of the project without a single hiccup. When everything was done (2 weeks ahead of the quoted finish date) Steve again personally came out and walked us through the inner workings of our new unit. It's not often you find a company where the owner takes such initiative to make you feel comfortable during a project. We had our first experience with Complete Environmental Solutions a little over a week ago and we couldn't be happier with our experience! We called the office at Noon on a Friday (after our regular guy fell through) and they had someone out to us that evening! Thankfully it was an easy fix and they had us cooling again in less than 30min , the guy that came out was courteous & professional and spoke English! Their prices were reasonable too, exactly what we would've paid to our regular guy. We've definitely found our new "regular guy" in CES and we highly recommend them for any of your air conditioning needs! We'll be calling them when it's replacement time! Complete Environmental Solutions has done an outstanding job for us. When they started servicing and fixing our A/C they told us that we would have to replace it very soon. Steve and his team worked with us to keep it running as long as possible and whenever we needed emergency service, they were there within a few hours but it finally crashed beyond repair. Steve gave us a very fair quote and was the only one who could get the new unit installed in less than 24 hours. As promised we were up and running by noon the following day. Impressive! Has excellent engineering capability. Had several issues from wrong sized A/C unit, to coolant line routed on exterior wall of home. Studied air flow relative to size of home then recommended correct tonnage A/C. (Actually installed smaller). Rerouted coolant line underground. I also order custom-sized air filters at no cost more than buying from big-box. Have performed routine maintenance on time and in budget. Since we are "downfers", (we own, are down several times a year), we have effluent line service performed every 3 months, to be sure line is never fouled. Talk to Jennifer.... she's great! read more

After buying a KOHLER generator from complete Environmental Solutions, top of the line, I asked Steve to look at my air conditioning handlers only to find that PB Built's recommended HVAC company had incorrectly installed the proper insulation causing the handler to sweat, causing the drain to clog and shut off. So now I had paid good money to install new units that constantly failed. Steve identified the problem immediately and solved the problem. Unfortunately, it was a costly fix- but, the AC has worked perfectly since. read more
