That is why we wanted to use them again when we had issues on a different computer. We were not happy with the work they did or the price. When we told them that we could not get onto our computer they wanted to charge us another fee. Long story but that is the shorter version. When I accidently downloaded a virus we decided to go back to them again only because we were familiar with them. Only, their hours are the worse for our schedule. I called, left a message and to this day they have never returned my call. Oh well, we ended up using someone else and we were totally happy with this other company. Will I ever use them again. Shelley is fairly incompetent, and extremely rude. She would neglect to call me back, and give me excuse after excuse; she even said that her phone didn't reflect she had had any missed calls. Really? I've left you nearly 20. Shelley had no problem coming up with endless excuses. I went over there frequently and 9 times out of 10 it was "closed" during what most people would view as regular business hours. After a month, she said she was able to get into my laptop to find that the motherboard had fried. The motherboard had not fried when I had it, as I was on the internet until the battery drained and wouldn't charge anymore. That being said, this could have happened in her care, but I don't want to make assumptions. She said she would order one from China, and months later she told me she had ordered the wrong one. She said that the motherboard took a long time to be shipped from China. This could be true, but I have ordered products internationally before and never have I personally experienced a 4+ month wait. I was running out of patience, and I told her that she had one more month to fix my computer. That month came and went, and I had to go get my laptop. When I went, she didn't say anything to me. No apology, nothing. She just handed me the laptop whilst glaring profusely, and I kid you not, I'm actually the person who said thanks while leaving. In my opinion, this business just needs to be shut down. I took my laptop to her because she had talker her business up on her website as "#1 in Colorado Springs!" What reality is she living in? Whenever I think of my dealings with PC Paramedics, it still makes me angry. Half a year that woman had my laptop and she did nothing! Rather than be honest that she couldn't handle it, she just lied and wasted my time! Please, save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. I don't think I would have been nearly this angry if Shelley would have shown me some kindness, honesty and simply acted as though she were in a professional workplace. Her blatantly rude behavior made the wait so much worse. It appeared to me that she should be in junior high school rather than running a business!

Please see the list below for a sampling of Ogrady behavior. - Showed up 2 hours late with no phone call (we were just left waiting). - Long personal phone calls and text messaging while clock was running. - Could not figure out how to take a simple bed frame apart for an hour. - Stacked expensive mahogany furniture on truck, wood-on-wood. - $4,500 hand-carved mahogany table scratched deep down the middle! - Tossed pieces of cloth furniture off of truck into the dirt at storage unit. - Refused to organize furniture into storage unit stating, "It takes too long." - Became enraged over no tip, peeled out of drive throwing rocks all over. - "DJ," one of the movers, began message my 17-year-old daughter with sexually explicit messages, after looking her up on Instagram, at 02:00 AM in the morning after they left our home. We have been horrified! I contacted the owner, Joshua Allen Ogrady. His response was, "I don't think I owe you anything, because the job got done, and I'm not responsible for what my men do after work."

I did eventually find two businesses in town that had cheaper options though, at $40 and $35. After visiting the $40 competition, to try to negotiate them down in price (they were the first business I found, and when times are tough, I need a deal) they refused, and insisted on $40. So, I went across the street (really, across the street) to 1 NetSystems. Now if you google them, they come up as a previous business, that did have a bad rep. That business was called Techno+Rescue Computer Repair, Sales, Service & Recycling ... Apparently, once 1 NetSystems was in the space, they still had the unhappy customers from the previous guys coming in to complain. This will not be the case with 1 NetSystems. When I entered the store, the two employees were both pretty busy with work and customers, but they still made it clear they knew I was there, and it would only be a minute. Once I was helped, they had exactly the product I was looking for, ensured me it was guaranteed for a year, and even made sure it worked with my computer before I purchased it. They also were very helpful in answering some questions I had about buying a new PC, as well as offered to purchase my old laptop for a hundred bucks if I decided I didn't need it anymore (including buying back the power cord I was soon to be leaving with!). In all, a very nice guy to work with, and I will definitely be visiting again for any PC repair needs I may have in the future. 4 Stars!
