I agreed to his price, and he knew what help we needed. Alex was a no-show. I was worried and called a few times. No reply back. I even called later in the afternoon to give him a chance to let me know what happened. Several calls into him without the courtesy of a return call. That all happened six days ago, so no excuses at this point. Meanwhile, I lost valuable time. And need to schedule someone legit to come out and help.
