Their prices were reasonable and they were able to come back in a few hours to do the install that same day! Our roof was pressure washed and optical gel treatment was done. The staff was friendly and did a good job cleaning up before leaving. For those who don't know, optical gel is a deterrent using sight and smell. It apparently looks like fire to the birds. Very impressive, as it definitely does a great job of keeping the birds away! Since their service was excellent, I called them again a few months ago to see what they could do for our solar panels. We noticed that birds were starting to come around after we got them installed. Again, they quoted a reasonable price and they came back to screen off our solar panels a few days later. I'm happy to report that our roof is bird free! Overall the team was awesome and took the time to do the job right! I appreciated the attention to detail, the before and after pictures included in the emails, and Danielle who was friendly and very organized. Highly recommended!

Let me begin by saying that Ronnie is first of all very professional, personable, prompt and takes great pride in his work. He explains to you what he will be doing, and then he does what he told you. Another thing that really impressed me was when my wife and I told Ronnie that while we needed the Pigeons to move out and find a new home we didn't want them hurt and he made sure that they weren't harmed, just evicted. He then cleaned everything up including all the nesting and poop and then spraypainted the wire barricade to match our house. All for a very reasonable price! But that was just the beginning of what Ronnie did for us. He also offers and is very good at doing minor home repairs. Among the other services that he offers is Dryer Vent Duct cleaning in which he cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the dryer and the vent, and replaced the dryer duct since it was dented, then finished up that job by completely vacuuming and cleaning behind the washer and dryer. (It's amazing how many Dust Bunnies can live behind a washer and dryer.) Next Ronnie replaced the door sweep on our front door since the old one had worn out. Finally, Ronnie did a very good job repairing my drip system in both the front and back yards then planted a tree, trimmed some of the bushes and introduced me to a fantastic product called "Super Thrive" for my plants. After looking at what needed to be done, he even went to Lowes and Home Depot to get what he needed to make the repairs. He knows what he's doing and in fact, even though he doesn't promote landscape services as part of his business, he did a much better job than the last three "Landscapers" that I had hired. (He grew up helping his grandfather who was a landscaper.) There's an old saying "You get what you pay for" and most of the time it is very true. But sometimes you find a true craftsman or product that offers you a great bang for your buck without sacrificing any quality. Ronnie at 3n1 solutions is one of those craftsmen.
