I'm updating a previous review. We had work done by an older crew, apparently, about a year ago. It seemed expensive but looked like the best solution to our pigeon problem. Well, the pigeons just went around to the next section of the same part of the roof. Once we ironed out who was working now (and after my husband fell off a ladder trying to handle this himself), we did get a follow up. Unfortunately for us, we learned that although the previous job was perhaps incomplete, there's absolutely no discount offered for having the next section done a year or so later. He still hasn't finished the clean up and disinfecting however and the job was done on May 21. I contact him and he makes promises to come and finish but not as of yet. Scam. Not able to price over phone and they advertise a price in our messages. They also advertise on Yelp that you can get a price quote and to hit the button...then they say we can't till we come out. Mike is a hard working true professional. I knew right away when I spoke to him on the phone and he gave me a quote by looking at my house on yahoo maps he knew what he was doing. We had 7 pigeons living on our roof, and it was becoming a horrible problem. What a mess, my kids couldn't sleep in the morning with all the noise. Mike was even able to find dog food up on the roof, and determine that the neighbors dog food had been left outside and the pigeons were eating it. It cost $500 plus and he took care of everything.
