However he made sure to come out on this day. It turned out there was a leak from my sprinkler systerm which Plumbing Shark does not repair. As you can see, Suaun takes care of his customers. He also has such a wonderful heart and is always so encouraging.

He looked around, found the shut off valve, and turned off the water line to the sprinkler system. After about 15 min to do something that does not require any Plumber's expertise, he charged us $195. The plumbing issue is not even fixed...we just we cannot use the sprinklers without further work. For a company that gives free estimates, this wasn't much more than an estimate. In fact, I didn't even get an estimate for actually fixing the plumbing issue! Although he did drop it to $150 for cash, it was highway robbery for what was done! Had I known their minimum was $195, regardless of whether any plumbing work was done...I would not have had him out. I'll give him 1 star for just being generally nice.

From initial contact until an actual person showed up was less than an hour! I was shocked to learn…read morethat someone would be there the same day and beyond surprised when Shaun came so quickly. I needed repairs on two separate toilets. I explained what I thought was wrong with toilet #1 and Shaun confirmed and then explained how he would fix it. I told him what was happening with toilet #2 and he was able to see the issue and explain to me why it was happening and how he would fix it. I was impressed. He then gave me the cost for both toilet repairs, immediately got to work after my approval and was done and out in no time at all. My toilets are working just fine now. The contact person was very nice and helpful and I really appreciated her getting someone to my house so fast. I can't say enough nice things about Shaun. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and when he spoke to me to explain what was going on , why and how to correct, he did so in a manner I understood and he didn't have a superior attitude.
