Not a reliable company. Sent a technician to my house who was not qualified and even said, "I've…read morenever seen an electric tankless water heater before" after I had clearly given Showtime pictures and stated that I had an electric tankless water heater. They then offered to send out a more senior technician but the day of the appointment (an hour before the technician was supposed to arrive) said it would cost me $120 to have them get on the phone with the water heater vendor to troubleshoot. If they had said this upfront I could have evaluated the cost but they did it last minute. Very unprofessional business practices.
