We settled on clearing roof leaves, gutters (house and shed out building. He arrived pretty much on time , texted when he was stuck in Hwy 75 traffic arriving 10-15 minutes later than planned. He was a thoughtful, honest and hard working young man - who undercharges for his work...I think he spent 3-4 hours on the job and I paid his rate plus 35%, like I said, he did low ball his quote and for the work he did I felt I had to make up the diffeence for him - especially since I'd just had knee replacement surgery and deeinitely could not handle the tasks I'd assigned to him. Adam knows his business, works hard and I would heartly recommend him for any household handyman tasks. I will be happy to throw as much work, as I may come up with, his way in the future.
