She quickly found a solution to get the orders and after a couple of minutes of wait time, I was called back to get my blood drawn. Deborah was my lab tech who quickly and easily found my very hard to get vein. (I had been to a different lab the day before who was not able to get any blood and they had to refer me to Lab Corp). Deborah was professional, friendly and informative. She painlessly got my vein and was able to get a great blood flow enough to fill several vials. THANK YOU so much to Deborah!!!

My wife had a stay here and I was there with my son today. It was the same high level of service with added amenities. Jennifer processed us in and it was quick and easy. Adysson got us back quickly. Jeremy was knowledgeable and answered all concerns. Madison shared a personal story that was very helpful. Rachel took us through discharge, so of course we were happiest to see her. :-) Having been to many local facilities both civilian and VA, this place is the best in my opinion.

I want to thank , Kerrigan, Jennifer, Austin, Manny, Abigail, Krystal, Hanna, and Stephanie. They were welcoming, and provided me with the absolute best customer care. They made me feel seen and supported during my time there. While every medical visit has its complexities, these people are the reason I felt cared for. Thank you for your kindness.. I may have missed a name or two, and if I did, I am so sorry . please know that the kindness from the whole team did not go unnoticed and I'm so thankful.

I was here today for the first (and last) time for a blood draw ordered by my doctor. The lab…read moreshares a lobby with a kidney specialist clinic. When the receptionist asked me for a urine sample and directed me to the lone bathroom in the lobby I had no idea the level of nasty that awaited me once inside. The bathroom was covered in what I innocently thought were rust marks. They weren't rust marks. Feces covered the walls, toilet paper holder, safety bar, soap and paper towel dispenser. Every single thing a person might need to touch was smeared with waste. Returning to the receptionist I explained the state of the bathroom. Her response was a bored, "Yeah, it gets gross in there." At that moment a staff member called me back. She asked how I was and I explained the state of the bathroom. Leaving me where I stood she walked into the lobby and opened up the bathroom door to peer inside. Walking back over to me she apologized and told me that she would clean the bathroom just as soon as she finished my draw. I asked her. "Aren't you the phlebotomist? Why are you also responsible for cleaning human waste off the bathroom walls?" She answered that no one else would do it. ‍ Unreal. Absolutely filthy, incredibly disgusting, not to mention a biohazard situation inside a medical facility. When I left here I actually called my doctor's office and informed them about this lab. They were shocked and told me they would stop sending patients here. Negative stars. I do NOT recommend. #CPL
