My surprise this staff was absolutely friendly & helpful from the check-in staff all the way to the doctors. Had concerns for the patient and explain everything along the way for us to understand. Even the freaking security guard was friendly & useful and that usually never happens at any hospital I've ever been to!!!! My biggest surprise was that I was not stuck in the ER for hours like I was at the other hospital here in Longview.

I can't sleep been up all night and they REFUSE to give me anything to help sleep (not a sedative) just sleep and the nurse didn't even ask the DR if he would give me something she just straight up said "no" it's not 3:30 am and still NOTHING GO TO LONGVIEW REGIONAL less time, better tests and faster results.
