Took truck in for check engine light. They replaced wiring harness, turbo piece, another wire. I…read moreran one trip and had to take back for leaking valve cover plus Check engine light came on. They said the valve cover was warped . Then the turbo is bad and next the ECM. Replaced turbo, no boost. Took truck home . Parked in garage for 30 minutes. Backed out and large oil spot in floor. This was after replacing valve cover and gasket at garage . Only went 30 miles from shop to home. I'm in the hole $5000 and truck won't run right and leaking oil after having new valve covers and gaskets. Would I go bad ? Not in this lifetime.

So goes my 2 experiences with this person; he ABSOLUTELY LIED, claiming the police had a "hold" on my daughter's vehicle and wouldn't release it. The police Sargent confirmed this was absolutely NOT TRUE. The Sargent called him and told him to release it as this wasn't true. This lie caused it to be held an extra day. When I attempted to discuss with him the extra day ($45) he charged her for, he flew off the handle, screaming and going absolutely crazy. He wouldn't discuss it, said I was trespassing and he was going to call the police. I had to call the police and he wouldn't come back outside once that happened. Also he flattened the front tires (were never flat and once reinflatted they never leaked-it wasn't coincidental). NEEDS ANGER MANAGEMENT at the very least; would NEVER recommend.

While waiting for my father to be released from the ER, we called and said we wanted to come after his car and not leave it there. He said that since we had full coverage, the insurance company would not pay a dime on the tow bill, nor would they pay to have the car fixed. We went to get the car after I talked to the insurance company and they informed me we would be covered for everything. I informed the insurance company that I wanted to take it to save on the storage costs, that is why the guy did not want us to take it, so he could charge the insurance for storage. When we went to pick the car up, the owner told us that everything would be $250.00. When I questioned him about the amount, he raised his voice and told me that running a tow truck was not cheap, that I could go and get one myself if I wanted to. He was not a very nice nor professional person. The cat lady inside was nice though. This happened during business hours, I would hate to call them out after hours. A week after the accident, we received the full tow bill and a settlement on the car.
