It was dark, late and rainy and I was tired and irritated. Flash Towing came in about 30 minutes or less. The guy Buzzy was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got home. He even went out of his way to try alternatives so I wouldn't have to pay for towing. You can tell he's just a kind hearted person naturally which really goes along way when you're having a horrible day. I would definitely recommend Flash Towing and this we'll be the only tow service my family or myself will ever use if I ever need one again. The lady was very rude, hateful and not willing to work with my husband. She told him that the title had been applied for and that the towing company would have the car crushed for scrap metal. I would never recommend this company. Unfortunately, my brother, had my fathers car impounded, due to bad choices and this wasn't the first time. The first time it happened the car was impounded at Lake City Towing and the staff there were very nice and helpful. So, if you ever need towing services, I would not recommend ACE towing but instead Lake City Towing.

False reports for a $213 paid diagnostic service that was originally quoted at $180 (This is not labeled as tax on the invoice but as a $23 "shop supply charge" ) as well as false reports made on other components of the vehicle not related to the original diagnostic service. Unless my car ever needs dealer-specific recalls for immediate safety concerns I'm probably going to stay away from here.
