Complete Trenchless's website looks impressive -- polished branding, glowing testimonials, and a badge claiming they're BBB-accredited with an A+ rating. But if you actually follow the BBB link on their own site, you'll find that they're not accredited and have an "F" rating with multiple unresolved complaints. That should have been my first red flag. The initial crew they sent out was friendly and seemed competent. They got the trenchless line replacement done, and the work passed inspection. But once Cesar, the owner, received his final payment -- before the job was fully completed -- he disappeared. Completely stopped answering calls, only occasionally responded to texts after I threatened escalation, and even then just sent vague promises like, "We'll come tomorrow." I got that same excuse five times over nearly three weeks. Each time, nobody ever showed up. Now I'm left with multiple open trenches in my yard, exposed pipe, and an increasingly frustrated right-of-way inspector who could hold me liable for the unfinished state of the project. If you do take the risk, I strongly advise you never pay in full until every part of the work is completed and confirmed in writing. Cesar and his team came out and replaced my main waterline. The job was done timely and I no longer have a failing main line, but when reconnecting the new line to the main house, they didn't reestablish the connection to my sprinkler system. I've called multiple times for them to come out, make the connection and complete the job, but my calls and text messages have gone unanswered. I now have to spend more money to find a different plumber to come out and do the job Completely Trenchless was paid to do. read more

Cesar and his team are amazing. I had the pipe to my condo burst near the street and my bills had gone upto almost 2k a month. Cesar came out the next day and made an assessment and gave me a quote right away. The condo company tried to recommend another company and wasted a month going back and forth with them. Finally called Cesar back and he was out and issue fixed in a week to perfection! The cost was higher than the other bid but the work was flawless and done quickly. My water main needed to be replaced (ouch!) and someone suggested I call Complete Trenchless. Cesar was very responsive and not only came in with the best bid but also had the most novel solution that required breaking the least amount of cement. On the day of the job, two guys arrived early followed by the permitting crew from the city (they issued the permit onsite) and my new water main was in by the end of the day. They left two holes exposed in my yard and marked both clearly for safety. The city came out to inspect the next day and said the work looked great! Cesar sent two other guys out a day later to backfill the holes and return the yard to its original state. Cesar and crew are great. Took a while to line up our schedules but I was happy with the bid, the speed of the work once we got going and the team's overall communication. He was also good at dealing with my neighbor who I share my sewer pipe with and she was confused about the way it would work and he was good with working with us on that to make sure she was ok as well. These guys are rockstars -- we had been without water for over a week due to a broken water line, which turned out to be inaccessible due to some sketchy landscaping decisions / buried surprises left by our home's previous owners -- and had been dealing with other companies who didn't have the capability or availability to address our problem. Cesar from Complete Trenchless sent his team out to assess and give us an estimate the next day, and the business day after that, we had a crew onsite and a new water line installed trenchlessly and without disruption to our yard, existing utilities, or our landscaping within a few hours. The entire team was super professional, expert, and communicative, even in dealing with uncooperative city inspectors which necessitated the team coming back 2 days later to backfill the holes after the inspector finally arrived. Cesar, his son Chris, and their whole crew did a fantastic job installing a new water main for our complicated situation with 300ft of steep and forested terrain between the water meter by the road, and the house. They came out and gave a bid on Thursday (as we also solicited two other bids). We selected them based on their thorough detailed clarity on how they would do the work, and a good price (which was still within 10% of the other bidders). The following Monday they had all the big machinery on site and started work. It was completed Wednesday mid-day. They bored an underground tunnel, pulled 2" PVC through it as a protective sheath for the water line, and then pull a continuous line of 1 1/4" PEX through the sheath. They added a new outdoor water shut-off valve just outside where the water line goes into our house. They were diligent about "calling before you dig", waiting for the city utility market folks to get all the gas, electric, cable, etc. things marked before they broke ground. Terrible customer service. Fantastic Plumbers, happy with the plumbing. Work was done 2 months ago and my drive way is still torn up. After 2 months they still do not have an inspection scheduled. They didn't get a permit as they told me they would and was on the contract. Nice guys so this is very disappointing!! They were responsive to come and assess the side sewer relining at our home. Have texted and called numerous times over several weeks to send me an estimate. They keep saying they will and Cesar never sends it. Avoid this business and save yourself from wasted time. read more

I received a bid from them in January of 2021 as I knew our main line would eventually have to be replaced. Our main line broke on a Saturday afternoon in July and Cesar had someone at our house Monday morning to replace it. Not only did they do a quick job, but it happened to be a day in Seattle where it was 100+ degrees outside. They were incredibly competitive on price because it is trenchless and we didn't have to dig up all the concrete sidewalk and paths in the way. They ran new 1 inch copper piping to our 100 year old house and we couldn't be happier. I would without a doubt recommend this company. It is a small business, so be patient, but they are more competitive on price than anyone else I spoke with. read more

We needed a new sewer line as our main waterline broke, so we searched for a couple of bids as to how best to make this task quick! The pipe was leaking slowly and quietly for over a week because the bids coming in were astronomical. Then, we found Complete Trenchless! We met with Cesar the very next day so to surmise the situation and the cost. Right then and there, on the spot we hired him as the history of successes we discovered he had was fabulous! The next day they happily began the work and boy! did they ever do an amazing job. His crew were all so polite and they really went to work for 2 solid 8 hr days. I made appointment with this company to come out and look at my sewer line. Made appointment for a Thursday at 9 am. They never showed up. When I called they said oh I thought it was Friday. So I said okay could be miscommunication. Ceasar then told me they would show up the next day between 8-9 am. It's 9:25 and they are still not here. Will not be doing business we them and suggest anyone thinking about would think twice. read more

We hired COMPLETE TRENCHLESS INC to put a new water service line using their trenchless technic. Cesar and his crew certainly master the task and did a very good job. The equipment they choose fits perfectly for the scope of a residential project, meaning it's cost-effective without losing much of the tunneling accuracy. Some other contractors we interviewed proposed using a boring machine, which to me is overkill and waste of $$. The new line was about 65 feet, went in within a day, along with a new shutoff at the location we preferred. The new line comes with a 25-year warranty on labor and materials. We are very pleased with their work and have recommended them to our neighbors, and whoever needs to replace their residential service line. read more
