They dug up our grass to lay a drainage line and our friends that live across the street remarked what a nice job they did in replacing the grass. There was an issue of a damaged internet line but they worked closely with the ISP firm to insure the line was replaced the very same day by waiting on Ziply and helping them install the new line. Two months later they came back and changed out 3 grated clean out covers with ones that have filtering screening on them to address insects hatching out of the clean outs. Communication was excellent and they addressed all issues with promptness.

Not only that, I got a lecture by them about how the amount of money it would cost them to travel to my home. I get you have to be worried about your bottom line as a business owner. I get if you're too busy. But don't cancel and then complain to me about it. In essence, I'm sure they'll be great for a bigger job in your area. But ensure that they're going to follow through on it.

They told me over the phone they were delayed by another job and sounded like they forgot about it. They sent a crew of 3 later in the day to clean the roof. I paid and assumed the roof was good, but when I looked it over the next day, I noticed they didn't remove any of the moss, just gave it a light sweeping and rinse. I ended up cleaning the roof by myself, which took about 2 hours. In my opinion this business is not professional and doesn't do quality work

I was quoted a fair price of $220.00 (plus tax) and inquired about when the project could get started but did not hear back until the following day at 4:11pm. A full day 24 hours after we spoke. At that point I had booked a different vendor for a few dollars more. Roberto was king but I removed two starts due to the lack of communication.

My tenant-occupied condo unit experienced a water leak event, and the HOA made it sound like it would be a challenging insurance claim. Therefore while considering water remediation companies, I prioritized probability of insurance claim approval. Pazelee and Al seemed experienced and knowledgeable in this area. They did not disappoint. They coached me on how to best communicate with insurance, and they provided clear documentation. The insurance adjustor commented on how clear and organized the report and invoices were, and that they use the same software. We had water get into our basement due to some construction work next door - when digging to build a new house, they cut into a live sprinkler line and water gushed out overnight and seeped into our basement. I called to ask about what I should look for damage-wise, and Paisley was very helpful. She asked a few questions and then offered to send an inspector by for a free inspection. There was one nearby in the area and he ended up coming over the same day. The inspector, Al, was great. He first asked me what happened and looked at where water came in from outside. Then he surveyed the basement and materials. At this point we had dried the water, but he was more focused on whether all the materials that had come into contact with it had dried and what those materials were. Luckily, we have a mostly unfinished basement with plaster and linoleum tile over concrete, and after a brief inspection he assured me there was no serious damage to structure and materials and little risk of mold as long as I kept running a fan since the materials affected were alkaline and mold-resistant. Al was very personable and we connected about dogs during our quick inspection together. A+ for fast, friendly service and for giving me a free inspection and not suggesting any work I don't need.

So, when my portable AC leaked onto my flooring last night, I knew who I was going to contact. I called when they opened, and found out that he was booked for the next week. I decided to send him a message to see if there was a company he would recommend to me. He actually responded immediately and said that he'd be able to squeeze me in! You have no idea how grateful I was to hear that. He gave me two time options, and called me when he was on the way. I had no idea how much water had made its way into my flooring, so I was preparing myself for the worst. Turns out, it didn't end up being a catastrophe! Matthew used a thermal camera, and a moisture meter to inspect for moisture on the floor/subfloor and flex ducting. Once again, he was thorough at his job, and in his communication. It's difficult finding people that take pride in their work, are trustworthy, and do a great job. I called this company around 12:30PM on a Friday and DeeDee, their office manager called me back immediately and arranged for Donn, their estimator, to come out at 4:00PM. Donn took moisture readings and found that there was so little moisture that we didn't need a claim to our insurance company. That was good news as this was a brand new bathroom (4 years ago). I was very concerned that I couldn't dry the cabinet quickly enough to avoid moisture causing a future mold problem. He said that the fan that we already had setup blowing air into the sink cabinet would be adequate. While our flood didn't result in any demo and/or construction work, I was so impressed with how professional their response to my problem. Donn from 911 Restoration in Bellevue managed the entire project for us, including dealing with the insurance company. Because our floors had to be refinished, we had to move everything out of our main floor and be out of the house for several weeks. Donn coordinated all of the work (movers, floor refinishers, wall and ceiling repairs, painting, cleanup, etc.), made sure it all got done on time, and came in on budget. Our only issue was the time it took to get some of the final painting finished, which was delayed due to the shortage of good painters. We appreciate the great job that Donn and 911 did to manage our project, and would recommend them without reservation.
