I had previously been cared for by a vascular surgeon in Seattle but she was not listening to me when I told her I was still in pain months after my ablation. She said to come back in 3 months but I couldn't take the pain any longer. I'm very glad I didn't wait and found Complete Vein Care! Dr. Salcedo has an ease about him that is very comforting. He made me feel heard and he understood what I was saying. He immediately did an ultrasound and we booked appointments to have my issues taken care of. After my second procedure with Dr. Salcedo I was in more pain than my first procedure and I was worried. I called the office and he got on the phone and talked me through it. When he says to call him any time for any reason, he means it! The support staff at Complete Vein Care are phenomenal! You can tell that they respect and appreciate each other and they truly are a team. On a side note, I am hard of hearing and when I ask them to speak up or to repeat what they said they were very understanding and made the effort to make sure I heard them.
